Well I am going to try it: I am always a test dummy for something: the problem is I just paid 9.99 and happy for that….

  2. Sarah says:

I just bought two cans for 9.95 each from Burlington coat factory! Excited to try it. Thnx for the blog!

I have been on B. since April 25th….as of last Friday, have lost 16 lbs…I am a late day, night eater…so save the shake for about 8 pm..then have an apple with peanut butter before bed…I have diabetes 2 and have cut my insulin by one third…..hope it continues to work for me, I believe that it will…I have a great breakfast, then decent lunch, then afternoon snack…..Shake then bedtime apple…..

I ordered a can of the Vanilla Bean Bystrictin. With skim milk, the taste is ok, but I’d say it’s a stretch that it makes you not want to eat (because I did). It also gives me gas, which after I read the label, there are LOTS of chemicals and artificial additives in the ingredients.

I only have to lose about 20 lbs, so I think I’ll go to a nightly Meuslix snack w/ water, and that’ll fill me up, plus it won’t give me gas like this Bystrictin has done to me. I think it’s HIGHLY overrated, and it’s not exactly inexpensive for one can either (over $60).

A few months ago, I ordered Bistrictin and cancelled the auto-ship. Now, I got an unusual charge on my credit card for $2.98. The name on the statement said “fastretail”. I called the number and it was for an on-line coupon club called Exclusivediscountcouponclub.com I asked the rep which company authorized the use of my credit card and they wouldn’t tell me. hmmm I only ordered one thing on-line and now I get enrolled in something that I did not authorize…and it’s an on-line offer. Wonder who was behind this? I distinctly said “no” to any other offers that Bystrictin was offering. Stay absolutely as far away as you can from this company. It’s as scammy as Publisher’s Clearing House.

  6. Toni Bibb says:

This product did not work for me either. In addition. they had me set up on auto ship, which I was very clear with them that I did not want. I had also mentioned in one of my many emails that I had seen some reviews stating that is was hard to get a refund on their product. This is the response that I got when I tried to get a refund for my 3 unopened cans.

“There are many “reviews” for Bystrictin online, most of which are placed by competitors searching for our customer base.
We refund readily on a daily basis, and we have no problem doing that. It is the basis of our company. Perhaps instead of researching reviews that may be bogus, you could research the detailed information included with any of your purchases so that you are able to understand the return/refund guidelines for the companies you are doing business with.”

They are not very helpful and I have yet to receive any refund at all. I am also out the original shipping for both orders and the return shipping. Please do not fall for their promises.

I tried Bystrictin and followed the directions. It does make you feel more full but only a little and that is probably do to the 16 ounces of water you are taking it with. Water really doesn’t trigger your appestat into thinking you’re full. That is why you can drink a ton of water to the point where you think you are going to burst…but still feel hungry. My wife and I have both lost 60 lbs of weight. It was by the old fashioned way to counting calories. Nothing else will work., period. Every successful diet counts calories or hides the fact that it’s counting calories. If you live a completely sedentary lifestyle (like many Americans), you don’t need over 500 calories a day. If you get the 2000 calories that is suggested, you are going to be fat, and get fatter. Count calories, you will always be hungry, when you get up in the morning, all day long and you will go to bed hungry. Sorry to be so blunt but this is just reality. Ask anyone who has had a large weight loss and kept it off, and they will tell you the same thing.

    1. kB says:

This is exactly right and the only way I’m doing it. All these reviews are hilarious. It’s science, it’s all about calories and this product will give you nutrition on a very low calorie scale period. It’s not rocket science, there’s no way using this product twice a day with a low calorie high protein dinner and exercise that you’ll be gaining weight or not losing any. You cant drink this once a day, not exercise and eat what you want and expect a miracle. Use it as a tool paired with other habits to lose weight.

  8. Ralph says:

One added note… Upon further research I found a product called “Glucomannan Powder”, which is a fiber supplement. This product will help make you feel fuller and add fiber to your diet. It’s odorless and tasteless and can be used in lieu of cornstarch in cooking recipes. Definitely, way less money too! The reviews were almost all positive too. I’m going to give it a try, especially since I can just go down to the local vitamin store and buy some for less than $15.00 Just do a Google search on it…

    1. Todd says:

Thanks, I’ll look it up. I really didn’t want to spend all that money if there is an alternative.

  9. Ralph says:

Thank you to all who posted here. I too was about to order, but the posts herein deterred me from making that painful mistake! THANK YOU!

  10. Barbara says:

Thank you all for your comments and saving me the time and money I would have spent trying this product and the aggravation of trying to return, get a refund, and stop the autoship.
Don’t deny yourselves. Eat what you like and just cut your portions in half. Nock off the alchohol and drink plenty of water. You’ll lose weight and look years younger at the same time. It works for me everytime but like everyone else, I have my weak moments and begin to cheat and the weight comes back. When your clothes start to get uncomfortable (too snug) that’s your signal to start your plan again.

  11. Jackson Foremitt says:

I see no difference between Bystrictin and Slim Fast. The problem is that a human can go on these “shakes” instead of eating but FOR HOW LONG? As soon as you begin eating normally, all the lost weight will be regained.

  12. Pat says:

Called the radio ad number a minute ago. The guy sounds like Garfield the cat! Reminds me of the TV ad where they try to get satisfaction and some dude answers the phone and says,” This is Peggy”! I’m out. Way too many of you got cheated and its too hard to punch a guy like Garfield in the nose when he is hiding in some warehouse smoking cigars and eating Cheetos.

  13. Becky says:

I order it for my son. He has a hard time with his weight. I hired him
A personal trainer, so he lost some weight. Muscle weighs more than
Fat keep in mind, still though his weight grew. He has been drinking
The shake for breakfast before he goes to school & drinks the water
Like the directions tell you to! It has changed him!! He eats smaller portions is full and as of right now he has lost 37 pounds!!! This is a meal replacement you must follow the directions, just like with anything else it is work & mind set! A lifestyle change!! Thanks

  14. Cyndi says:

I can’t say whether or not it works. Some days one fills me up so much I only eat dinner, and some days I’m still hungry. I decided I didn’t want it anymore so I emailed them. The reply a few days later was to call customer support. Their hours suck: M-F 9-5? I’m at work that whole time! Unfortunately, a package came. I planned on returning it. More time passed, but definitely not a month, and I finally was able to call to cancel, and the guy told me a package was already sent. I asked for directions on how to return it and he said there are no returns! That’s $180 down the drain! I wouldn’t return to them just for their policies! A 110% satisfaction guarantee should mean just that, not just on the first 20 days or so. I asked for the reason for the policy and the reply I got was, “I don’t make the policy.” When I assured him I knew that, I still wanted to know why that was the policy and he said the executives make the policies and they have their reasons. I should be able to return an unopened package! SCAM!

  15. Harry says:

The ones who ssys it does not work you are correct and do not let them scam you on lower cost. It is a scam. Try and cancel the operators are rude and try and be very deceitful

  16. Gina says:

I heard the radio commercial and called them, boy it sounded like a miracle weight loss system. I am glad I read these comments before ordering. When I told the girl on the phone that I can’t order the 79.99 at the moment, she cut the price to two payments of $39.99!! Right than I had a feeling it was BS. There is nothing out there that fills you up like that without the actually surgery I guess.

  17. Greg says:

I liked what I heard on the radio, so I googled it and read all the comments. I will not be ordering this product!! Sounds as if it doesn’t work for 90% of the people and everyone who tried to get their money back, had trouble. Seems like a good product and company to avoid!!

  18. Paris Fil says:

I should add that they have a tiny bit of fur and eyes are closed.

  19. Velva Stopa says:

Wow that was unusual. I just wrote an extremely long comment but after Iclicked submit my comment didn’t appear. Grrrr…well I’m not writing all that over again. Regardless, just wanted to say wonderful blog!

  20. Jeff Y. says:

If you just listen to the radio commercial you hear the “spokesman” state he lost 51 lbs “without really trying”. If that, combined with the posts in this thread regarding the questionable business practices of this company, isn’t enough to stop you from throwing your hard-earned money away on this scam, well, you can’t say you weren’t warned. There is no magic way to lose weight, and 100% of the products that promos easy weight loss have been proven to be scams, taking advantage of people who are searching desperately for something that will work. Reduce calories and increase physical exertion – there are no safe quick, easy fixes. If and when a medicine gets approved by the FDA to safely aid weight loss, you’ll hear about it, as it is one of the “holy grails” of pharma research. And you can bet the scam artists will be right behind them, trying to take advantage of desperate & uninformed patients. Look at all the fake Viagra that is advertised on the radio & Internet…

  21. SandyS says:

Thank you all for saving me lots of cash. I have lost 18 lbs the hard way and am at plateau. I was all set to order Bystrictin, but decided to check reviews. I’ll take more time to loose the next 18 and I’ll be hungry, but I’ll still have my hard earned money!

  22. Carol Carkins says:

I called Bystrictin during my 3rd week to get my money back because the product DOES NOT work. I am in a FACEBOOK group of Bystrictin users who all complain of the same thing. I was not offered my 110% back as advertised I was only offered a 25% refund because they said I opened the second can without their permission, BULL I called them and asked because if you do as they say and drink 2 shakes a day a can only last a week. I did lose 5 pounds the first week but then put it all back on over the next week WTH. I followed all their instructions and called their support line, what a joke, I even asked for help on their facebook page, got none. Today I found out not only did they rip me off with their product but they FRAUDULENTLY charged my credit card for a membership to “Mon Taste 4 Savings” and I was charge $1.95 the first time and $24.95 a second time. Trying to get that money refunded.

  23. Fred says:

Absolute BS if you mix Jello and take it-
It will fill you up better than Bystrictin and if you drink several glasses of water a day you will loose weight if you don’t eat yourself to death.

  24. mark says:

I took this product it DOES NOT WORK further their warranty is worthless in addition they will also withdraw another payment and then you lose all your money $89.20 x2=$178.20

  25. George says:

If you follow the directions!!! Follow them, it works. When I follow the directions I lose weight, when I cheat, I don;t. In two weeks staying with the instructions most of the time (I cheated excessively sometimes) I lost four honest pounds. (ignore the wild daily fluctuations) The average fluctuation is now 4 lbls less than when I started. I’m reordering. This is not a magic pill, you still have to work at it, this just makes it easier. Drinking the water is essential.

  26. Victoria says:

Hi, just received Bystrictin yesterday. I’m very impressed how full and satisfied I feel. I’m looking to lose 15 to 20lbs. Let’s see how it goes for me? I’ll continue to post my results weekly. Oh and btw I’m also combining this with1hr.cardio workout, consisting of a minimum of 450 calorie burn.

  27. Maria says:

I’ve been using Bystrictin for two meals a day for 12 days. I am on my cycle and am still losing (this never happens). I’ve lost 5 lbs. I do feel full and it does curb my appetite. I don’t normally feel like I have great self-control, but w/ Bystrictin, I feel like I’m making very good choices because I’m not hungry. I still believe it’s working for me. (I am exercising 30 minutes + five days per week, also.

  28. Wanda says:

thanx to all for taking the time to enter your comments. I was about to order Bystrictin but because of your input, I am going to go about this diet thing the old fashioned way. I’m going to cut back on my food intake.

    1. Katie says:

Yeah, sure…that works if you never get hungry. Sorry, but I DO!

  29. Joe says:

“Second day in this and down 3.2 lbs I’m excited and happy with the effects so far”

    All you lost was water.

    You’re happy with that?

    Um, ok.

  30. Christina says:

Well, it makes sense to fill your stomach with something other than burgers and fries to feel full but how about cherries and yogurt instead of a product that we are very uncertain about? Over the years haven’t we read and witnessed the after effects of diet scams that do more harm to our organs then good. Just drink more water, move more, eat better. You will see….don’t give your money to a company when you can do it your self with your grocery budget that you can afford and feel good about what you can do by simply by having self control. I am working on that Self control part. It’s hard but I know it can be done.

    1. George says:

Yea, but if self control worked no one would be commenting here.Reality is we are all human. If self control worked we wouldn’t need a diet in the first place. If this works for someone, the God bless them and their success.

  31. Maria says:

So far, so good! I started Bystrictin on Monday. Today is Friday, and I’ve lost 3.5 lbs. You MUST drink a glass of water after. I ordered 5 containers: 3 vanilla and 2 chocolate. I have a Magic Bullet. In the morning, I make one vanilla shake w/ nutmeg and vanilla. (Sometimes I add blueberries or strawberries.) I also make a chocolate shake w/ a Tbs. of natural peanut butter and 1/2 a banana. One is for breakfast and the other is for lunch. I also prepared a lot of veggies that are quick to grab if I need to chew. Adding veggies or fruit helps me a lot. I lost 91 lbs. w/ lap band surgery and then had to have it removed. I’ve struggled a lot since then. This product requires more self control than surgery, because you can force yourself to ear. But I feel full feel full and don’t feel like I need to eat nearly much/often. I am making much better choices. It’s a good too. I do think the product is working for me!

  32. Renee says:

On my second day of taking Bystrictin! Lost 2 pounds… I followed it to the letter. It does work if you use one of the recipes that is provided. I drank the Chunky Monkee and the Peach passion and a regular meal at dinner time! I ate HALF of what I usually eat and felt that uncomfortable “STUFFED” feeling! Had a good nights sleep which was the first in a long time! I’m glad this is working for me…I am sorry it can’t work for all the other people on this blog! It is giving me the essential vitamins needed and giving me that “full” feeling that snacking eventually does without the caloric intake! I’ll write on day 5 if I’m still feeling the same excitement!

  33. Kris says:

First, I somehow “signed up” for auto ship -NO IDEA HOW I DID THAT! Tried to return but of course it says in the rules that you can’t do that & NO REFUNDS! Called to cancel and they say they told me I had one more in transit but would be cancelled after that. If they had told me I had one more coming that I had to pay for, I would have had a stroke so imagine my surprise when I got yet another shipment today!,
I do not like the way this company does business – only 1person there to talk to – no manager, no one! Besides all this, THE STUFF DOES NOT WORK!!!! Very unsatisfied costumer.

  34. Jennifer says:

Second day in this and down 3.2 lbs I’m excited and happy with the effects so far

  35. Betty says:

Thank you everyone. For years I have thought of inventing this type of product. Seriously, a great idea. I was so tempted to buy this. Thank you to everyone who tried the product and wrote your reviews here. There has to be a product that will expand in your stomach to fill you up. It just does not sound like this is it. Liquid diets don’t work for me. Eating fiber tablets doesn’t work for me. Eating fast food doesn’t work for me either. 😉

  36. marcy says:

I kept hearing about this on the radio so I decided to order it today with no autoship.
I came home and read all of these reviews. picked up the phone and cancelled my order. hopefully I will get my refund and not the product.

    1. Jan says:

I did the same thing was a one time amount of $52.00. My account was charged another 39.99 and a week later it was charged $89.99. Just got off the phone with them said the last charge was for auto ship I did not ask for this just the trial offer. He said that he could refund that back since it has not shipped yet that was 2 days ago that it came out of my account. He said I signed up for a payment plan and the 2nd charge was the rest of the initial order. I am in the process of shipping the whole thing back. It did not work like it said. Hopefully I will not have any issues getting my refund back. I have the CS rep name and told him that if I didn’t have it I would be calling back. Heard this on a radio program will be calling that program and sharing the problems with this company. I would think they would not want that kind of advertising.

      1. melinda says:

i’m so thankful for the comments cause i was about to order some bi-strictin i hear it on the radio and they say it helps you lose weight just another scam to get your money… false advertiment

  37. Bob says:

I tried it for 2 weeks, it didn’t work and I emailed them that I wanted my “110 %” refund. I was told to try it for another week. It still didn’t work, I sent my remaining product back and was auto shipped another 2 bottles. I had to yell and scream and threaten through emails to get them to stop the auto ship. I did get them to stop finally sending product. I did get money back, but not the amount I paid and definatley not the 110% as advertised. Avoid this product

    1. PM says:

Started taking two weeks ago…..along with 30 minutes of cardio each day. Current weight loss is 8 pounds!!!

      1. Jeff says:

I can lose 8 lbs in 2 weeks just doing treadmill for 45 min a day and reducing calories.Scam….I dropped 100 lbs and didnt use any “diet Supplements”

  38. Connie says:

If you drink the shake and then chase it with an 8 oz. glass of water, why not just eat smaller portions at a serving and following the meal with 8 oz. of water – my bet is it’s the water that is filling you up, not the shake. Water is filling by itself. My uncle who was a surgeon said drink an 8 oz. glass of water 30 minutes before a meal and you will eat less and I bet if you did that and then drank another glass of water after the meal you would stay full longer, it would help you get in the appropriate amount of water intake daily and you would lose weight without the expense of buying any kind of shake to drink. Water is the key.

    1. Melanie says:

My husband and I were thinking the same thing. Of course your not going to want to eat after drinking all that water. I think this diet is just another scam.

    2. dwindle says:

I’ve tried that plenty of times. In fact, I usually consume at least 16 ounces of water with any meal. Just doesn’t fool me. Same with shakes or even fiber drinks.

      1. Jerry says:

True, the ‘feelers’ in your stomach that sense fullness are not fooled by liquids. GROSS SPOILER – (The same way you know you have gas and not a pending bowel movement). Liquids DO limit the actual quantity of food you may put into your stomach though. Preferably drink the water just before the meal, otherwise if you are currently dehydrated, you will absorb it before the meal is consumed.

  39. Vickie says:

Hello fellow dieters! My husband mentioned Bystrictin tonight as what he thought would be the answer to both of us losing some unwanted weight. I am 55 years old, and have tried just about everything out there. Let me tell you this…. you WILL NOT lose weight without cutting your FAT intake. I saw a doctor for over a year in Dallas and lost 50 pounds. It took 12 months. This was with eating WHATEVER I wanted to eat, as long as my fat gram intake for the day remained no higher than 15grams. It is important to maintain a high protein intake as well. Adult women should take in 46 grams of protein a day to remain healthy. Your daily water intake should be a 64 oz, however, that’s 3 bottles (drink 1 before each meal – WATER FILLS YOU UP – has no calories or fat – BUY THE NEW FLAVORED WATER (make sure there is nothing added but flavor. MOST OF ALL READ THE PRODUCT LABELS when you buy food. I can eat all day long and not take in even 10 fat grams. And BTW, egg whites and edamame are high in protein. All you really need to do is google high protein foods. No, I don’t take in 40+ per day yet, but I can get 20gms of protein in a slim fast shake (w/fat free milk). I don’t have to add products and chase with water and I feel full for several hours. SAVE YOUR MONEY FOLKS! I’M A VETERAN DIETER, AND I WOULDN’T WASTE MY MONEY. CHANGE YOUR EATING HABITS, AND START WALKING MORNING AND EVENING. YOU’D BE SURPRISED HOW MUCH WEIGHT YOU LOSE. UNDER A DOCTOR’S SUPERVISION, I LOST STEADILY 1-2 POUNDS PER MONTH AND KEPT IT OFF FOR 15 YEARS.

    1. dwindle says:

You need a better doctor. The amount of fat you eat has nothing to do with how much you weigh. Cows never eat fat their entire lives and weigh over a thousand pounds. Rice is fat free two billion people on Earth live entirely on it. Calories are calories.

      1. Todd says:

Yeh! Finally some common sense! You are right my friend!

      2. Zach says:

No, you’re wrong about that. My very best diet–I do it several times a year for a couple of weeks, and it works every time–is to reduce my fat intake to 4 grams/day. This works better for me than counting calories or doing low-carb.

Now clearly, a high calorie intake would negate this. If I ate 10 lbs of Jell-o, it would have its effect. But being reasonably careful about carbs and calories, and all-but-eliminating fat *does* work. Though certainly different bodies will respond differently.

So get off your high horse and check your arrogance and ignorance at the door.

        1. Jerry says:

Once again, so much more than just one factor involved. Ask anyone who has had success on the Atkins diet. I did it and lost weight eating all the fats I could want. I have also lost weight by going the complete opposite route, eliminating high fat foods (low cholesterol diet – always use paper filters on coffee or you LDL will skyrocket). Replace Bystrictin with Oatmeal (not loaded with sugar), and you have a winner.

  40. cindy says:

I purchased Bystictin. it does not work and I am having a really hard time getting my refund. They drafted my account right away for another shipment but would not refund my money until I received the package, sent it back with my money and now I am having issues getting my money. I dont think they should be allowed to have such commercials when there are real people out there that need real help in loosing weight. Shame on them.

    1. Deborah L says:

Hope you had the bank change their access to your account or you will get another shipment next month too. Have the bank ask for a refund…it may take a few weeks but chances are you’ll get your money back

      1. Lisa says:

They told me they didnt do automatic reshipments, that in order for them to charge my card again i would have to call and reorder. I was very specific on that point, even asked the sales rep for a personal promise. Was i lied to?

    2. coachr says:

Start threatening getting your State Attorney involved and false consumer advertising practices…YOU tell them what you want them to do. And don’t let them make a cheaper price offer.

  41. sara says:

I started it a week ago and haven’t ate any less. If anything more.

  42. Joann says:

I got this stuff yesterday and started using it this morning. I will be returning it in the morning. This is nothing more than 100 calorie water. It doesn’t taste that bad, but it has zero effect. There is no full feeling other than the feeling you get by drinking massive amounts of water that is required. Save your money and if you need a bypass get one. Back to the drawing board I guess.

  43. Genevieve says:

I have been taking Bystrictin for just two days now. I feel very, very full. I am making the shakes following the suggested recipes. This morning I mixed 1/2 cup frozen pitted cherries, 1/2 cup plain yogurt, a bit of sweetener, and the Bystrictin mix. immediately after I drank 8 oz of water. Really delicious, and filling. I will post again if I do or do not have success.

    1. Genevieve says:

Ok day two and I’ve lost 5 pounds.
Still feel full after each drink. I’ve tried Bystrictin Vanilla with 1 cup skim milk, not as good as when mixed with yogurt and frozen fruit, but alright. Feel at times bloated but it’s a trade off I’m willing for because I cannot eat very much. Like any diet if I did not execute willpower I could still eat high calorie snacks. Bystrictin is not a magic weightloss cure, but for me a great jump start to better eating.

      1. Jack says:

You lost 5 pounds in one day; That does not seem right.

To lose 1 pound in weight you have to burn 3500 calories to lose 5 pounds you would have to burn 17,500 (5x 3500) calories in one day.

If you were to replace three meals with three Bistrictin shakes you would have consumed between 600 to 1200 calroies (depending on the ingerdients).

Add that to the 17500 needed to lose 5 pounds you must have burned between 18,100 and 18,700 calories in one day.

If you vigorously exercised to the point where one hour of exercise burned 1000 calories, you should have been exercising 18.5 hours straight (without stopping to lose the 5 pounds you claim.

Sorry that is just not possible

        1. Judy says:

She may have had a lot of BM due to the fiber in Bistrictin and that would easily cause 5# to drop off the body. Most people carry 10 – 14# of waste in the colon at all times

          1. Shejack says:

Not possible. Even if it were water weight.

          2. Joe says:

Yes it is possible. I wrestled throughout high school and college, One can drop up to 10lbs in a day. I’ve seen it happen. I’ve only dropped 8lbs in one day but that was with only eating salads and drinking water

          3. Deborah L says:

maybe she lost wallet weight….$69 in quarters. Better to go buy some fiber in a jar and stir it into water or milk, drink it down. Save most of those quarters

        2. Lisa says:

Commenting on the possibility of a 5 lb drop. I weigh morning and night. I lose 4 pounds every night, regaining them throughout the day, so timing could answer it. I also tried atkins, i lost 30 pounds in 2 weeks. Every pound of carbs equal 4 pounds of water weight.
As far as bystrictin, waiting for my order to arrive. I am hopeful. Will post with any results

        3. John says:

I loose 5 pounds or more often. Lots of factors at work here. One could go to the bathroom and lose 5 pounds….I do it all the time. Also, when I workout out I often sweat out 2 to 5 pounds of water weight.

Thus, it is very likely someone could drop 5 pounds overnight, although I doubt it was because of some pill, shake, etc.

        4. Todd says:

water weight! I routinely weigh 5 to 8 pounds less after a night of beer drinking. I piss it all out. I feel great losing this weight but in two days I am back to my regular weight after re hydrating. So she CAN loss 6 lbs in one day. Particularly if she is only drinking the shake and one glass of water with no other liquids. It is temporary however AND restricting water is not healthy.

    2. gary says:

if you add enough extras and water to ANY.
      THING it will fill you
      If you want to be scamed out of your money it’s a free country { for now }

      1. Genevieve says:

I couldn’t seem to stick to a healthy diet. Bystrictin has helped to motivate me. I do not take Bystrictin everyday, but I use it when I am off track. It helps to motivate me and really does give me a very full feeling. Seems to be working, I’ve lost 20 lbs so far. Lets see how the last 20 pounds goes.

        1. Camille says:

So did you lose the weight by dieting in a normal fashion, or did you lose the weight because of Bystrictin, because you said you didn’t use it every day just when you went off course?

    3. Tish says:

Maybe I’ll try adding yougurt to it or something because so far I have not noticed anything and I have been taking it for 1 month.

  44. cali says:

I have been used one can of vanilla bean bystrictin and IT DOES NOT MAKE ME FEEL FULL I DRINK ALOT OF WATER. I ordered another 3 cans like an idiot thinking it may take some time. In Fact I think that it makes me more hungrier by the end of the day because Im starving myself. one serving is only about 200 calories when i mix it with 8 oz of soy milk. The calories are way to low to make you feel full. I think special K protien shakes work better at curbing appetite and hunger than this expensive ass shit. I actually think its expands alrite and makes me look bloated since ive been using it! But by all means it is not making me not want to eat for hours and I am surely not eating 70 percent less which it what it claims as far as the results. My stomach was more flat before I started this regemin. So I am going to go offf the so called “meal replacement” to see if it was the cause of my round gut. My daughter told me the other day I looked pregnant and Ive been dieting and excersicing in conjunction with this product Bystrictin does not work its a placebo study or something. Its not worth 80 dollars for one can!

    1. Tish says:

I agree so does my stomach. This does make me look bloated and others have started to notice. And your absolutely right this s*** is not worth 80 bucks. I don’t feel full at all. What a rip off.

      Hi Cali

      1. Trent Bugarewicz says:

I have a can of the vanilla I’m trying to get rid of. This garbage does nothing for me and they won’t refund my money and they have blocked my phone from there system

        1. Toni Bibb says:

I completely agree. This product does nothing for me either and trying to get a refund is impossible. A waste of money and they definitely don’t like to give refunds, even partial ones.

  45. Dave says:

I have been on it now 2 weeks. I follow the instructions and drink at least 24 oz of water after each and I can honestly say the Bystrictin does very little to fill you up or lessen your appetite. You would think if it was going to expand it would expand in a glass? It doesn’t do that either.

    1. Watchdog Staff says:

Thanks Dave for your feedback. We have taken a more in-depth look at this supplement and posted our full review today. You can see this here:

      1. Sharon says:

Watchdog, I have been taking this for past 31 days following direction to drink plenty of water. I still have a full container so IF I subtract the cost of I container & take it twice daily, divide by 61 it equals $2.00 a meal twice daily which is VERY inexpensive eating. I have had a full(satisfied) feeling & have lost 10 lbs in 1 month==which I think is great! Therefore I am @ this time pleased with the product. It tastes good & seems to being the job. SLS

    2. Jazmine says:

Very expensive for so little benefit. It does calm down the hunger pangs a bit for a very short time. But, fiber pills do the same thing. I’ve had better luck with Full Bars. I only eat half a bar at a time & they work.

    3. Ron Allen Smith says:

Thanks, Dave. There’s nothing like a healthy dose of common sense to get you thinking. Right, if it doesn’t expand in the glass of water, before you take it, why would it expand in your stomach after drinking the water?

  46. Lily says:

@Isaac – Here is the ingredients list I found on their website: https://bystrictin.secureweboffer.com/sites/bystrictin/offer/2/bystrictin-label.gif

    1. Deborah L says:

so the ingredients look like some fiber and a vitamin pill… pretty expensive for $69 a bottle… $79 for the VIP bottle. Good luck cancelling your order too! Just go purchase some fiber tablets, chew two and drink a bottle of water… if you want to take a multivitamin, wait 20 mins and go eat… it’s about the same thing

      1. maria says:

this is funny, thanks for the laugh!!!

  47. Gary D Ellis says:

I recently purchased Bistrictin. I used it for the first time on Sunday. I did not feel the “Full” effect as advertised. However, I misplaced my instruction sheet and wonder if i made the shake correctly and waited too long to drink the water.

    1. Gary S says:

Ellis, I did the same thing and felt the same way. My wife however kept her instructions and they say to chase the shake with 8oz of water. Once I started doing that I got much more of a full feeling.

I wouldn’t say that after having the shake that I’m stuffed but it does fill you up and I’m not hungry for several hours afterward.

    2. Trent Bugarewicz says:

The product doesn’t work. I used it and wanted to return for refund they refused to refund my money, I asked for management and they said they don’t have one. Finally they hung up on me, I called back and they blocked my number from there system. I’m going to make a complaint to FDA about them.

  48. Isaac says:

What are the ingredients to bistrictin? I’m having a hard time finding it. Thank you.

    1. Kathy says:

As an RD, I am looking into Bystricton. The ingredient info is available on their website.
