But is 3Flow SlimFLOW actually worth the money, or is it another in a long line of diet pills that promises lots but delivers on very little. We examine it further and let you know what we think of it in this review.
3Flow SlimFLOW is a twice-a-day supplement which claims to help consumers “lose redundant kilograms and maintain good mood’, as well as suppress appetite and cleanse the body. It contains L-Carnitine and L-Tyrosine, acai berry extract, and a range of vitamins. It is made by 3Flow Solutions, a company based in London, UK.
There are no serious side effects to this product, although some of the ingredients have a few minor effects. In high doses, L-Carnitine can bring on digestion problems and cramps. Other side effects can include increased appetite (the opposite of which this product is trying to achieve!), rashes, and a fishy body odour. For some, L-Tyrosine can cause nausea, headaches, tiredness, and heartburn. Acai berry can cause bloating, gas, nausea, diarrhoea, constipation, and stomach pains.
3Flow SlimFLOW costs £19.99, with free shipping on Amazon. This is for 60 capsules, which should last the user for thirty days, if used as directed.
We have definitely seen worse products – this one doesn’t have any ingredients that are going to harm you. The problem is this one isn’t really going to do anything else either. The quantities of the ingredients that we know are effective are too low to make any difference, and the others just have no scientific basis.
There is no website for the company as yet, and we are unable to find any social media accounts linked to it either. This is always a concern of ours.
Our main concern is that there is evidence that 3Flow Solutions have sent out free or heavily discounted products in return for reviews. Whilst some of these reviews are not five stars, it will have no doubt swayed some reviewers into writing ones that are not entirely true.
Overall, we do not recommend 3Flow SlimFLOW to our readers.

3Flow SlimFLOW is a twice-daily dietary supplement made in the UK. It is formulated with natural extracts, vitamins and amino acids. It contains popular weight loss ingredient garcinia cambogia and caffeine.
Despite plenty of research, there seems to be very little information about 3Flow Solutions, the company behind the supplement. Despite advertising a website on the bottle labels, at the time of writing, the page was ‘under maintenance’, with no indication of when it was coming back online. According to Companies House, it was set up in June 2015 by Tomasz Malski and Lukasz Krzysztof, two Polish men. The address is registered as International House, Holborn Viaduct, London, United Kingdom, EC1A 2BN.
3Flow Solutions claim that SlimFLOW helps ‘lose redundant kilograms and maintain good mood”. They also claim that it will “cleanse your organism from toxins, suppresses rapid hunger attacks and reduces appetite”.
L-Carnitine has been linked to an increase in athletic performance and endurance, but as yet, there is no research to show that it does actually work. Acai berry is the same – it may work, and certainly has some health benefits, but whether it actually works on weight loss is yet to be confirmed.
We know that caffeine does have a positive effect, but this is a really low dosage, so it is unlikely to really benefit the consumer.
The majority of the other ingredients are vitamins, which are not going to cause any harmful effects, but the vast majority will only work if there is already a deficient.
We do not generally think that this supplement will work for most people.
Please note that the quantity of each ingredient is correct for one capsule of SlimFLOW.
L-Carnitine, in high doses, can bring on digestion problems and cramps. Other side effects can include increased appetite (the opposite of which this product is trying to achieve!), rashes, and a fishy body odour.
L-Tyrosine can cause users to experience nausea, headache, fatigue, and heartburn.
Acai berry can cause bloating, gas, nausea, diarrhoea, constipation, and stomach pains.

There are 46 customer reviews on Amazon. Most of them are positive, but we have noticed that some reviewers refer to receiving a free or discounted bottle in return for a review, which makes them untrustworthy.
This product claims to make you lose weight and burn fat quicker. This is probably related to the ingredients, L-carnitine, L-tyrosine, Acai Berry, Garcinia Cambogia, Caffeine, Black Pepper, Chrome & Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12 and gelatine…. In this day and age, it is really not necessary to include gelatine in capsules.. So for vegetarians etc, not sure if you will be able to have this product.
The recommendation is 2x tablets per day. Could be a bit more clear, twice in one go? One tablets twice? I felt that the instructions (pull back the label thing-ie for instructions type) was a bit messy. That’s all you got, the little pink bottle and lots of tablets inside.
As with all slimming products, you get a whole array of promises that this ‘miracle’ pill will give you. It will boost metabolism, kill your hunger, give you more energy etc etc.
I can’t really comment on a lot of these claims as I have only been on this for 1 week. But… Here is when the cynical me was beaten. This pink bottle works! At least on the appetite suppressor effects it works! I have it in the morning after breakfast (not sure if should have it before?) and I take two. Usually I get peckish even before lunch time, but now, I was able to not feel hungry until dinner time! Of course not healthy and to boost metabolism, we should eat small meals frequently, which I will work on with this supplement. I was impressed by the appetite suppressor effect and currently researching which of these ingredients are responsible. I haven’t noticed effects on energy, but I would expect it to give an energy boost due to the caffeine. As for the other claim about ‘detox’ effect, well I can’t see anything happening. Possibly this is where all the vitamins stated in the supplement are working.
I would probably buy it again after, if I see sustained effect after 30 days.
I have received this product at a discount for my unbiased, honest review. If you find my review helpful, please say so.
We can find no evidence of a money-back guarantee, other than the standard Amazon one.
