Adiosa Fat Burner contains only natural ingredients, but natural doesn’t necessarily mean safe. In fact, one of the ingredients, wormwood herb, can cause incredibly dangerous side effects and has been banned and classified as unsafe by the FDA. Ingredient quantities are missing from the product information, so we have no idea if it could work as a fat burner. There is said to be a money-back guarantee, but information on how to claim this is also scarce.
But is Adiosa Fat Burner everything it claims to be, or is it a bit of a scam? We’ve taken a closer look at some of the ingredients to see just how good it is.
Adiosa Fat Burner is a once-a-day supplement which claims to help consumers drop pounds and inches quickly, reduce fluid retention, burn fat, and reduce appetite. It contains only natural ingredients, and is named after an ancient and often proven formula.
No side effects have been officially noted for this product – all the ingredients are natural and at the recommended dosage should not cause any adverse effects. However, one of the ingredients – wormwood herb – has been classified as unsafe by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) due to it containing a compound called thujone. According to Web MD, oral consumption of thujone has some of the following side effects: seizures, muscle breakdown, kidney failure, restlessness, difficulty sleeping, nightmares, vomiting, stomach cramps, dizziness, tremors, changes in heart rate, urine retention, thirst, numbness of arms and legs, paralysis, and death.
Adiosa Fat Burner costs $28.97 on Amazon. There is some confusion on the quantity of pills included for that price. The image of the bottle shows 120 pills, but the description lists 60 pills.
There is also a listing for a bottle containing 60 pills, from the same seller, for $15.97.
Adiosa Fat Burner is a once-daily supplement that is formulated with several herbal ingredients to burn fat, reduce appetite and suppress hunger, and reduce fluid retention.
Despite plenty of research, there seems to be next to no information about the company who manufactures or sells them. This alone is concerning.
The manufacturers of Adiosa Fat Burner make the following claims about the product and how it works to aid weight loss:
We believe that Adiosa Fat Burner does not work any more than giving the consumer a placebo effect, in that they believe they are working. Due to the manufacturer providing no information about the quantity of the ingredients, it is impossible to say whether they could have an effect. Many of the ingredients have no clinical evidence that they will have an impact on weight loss or suppressing appetite. The addition of some proven thermogenics, such as cayenne pepper and green coffee bean, would potentially make this a much more effective product for weight-loss.

Please note that the quantity of each ingredient is unknown.
There is very little information available about the potential side effects that could be caused by Adiosa Fat Burner. However, the risks associated with consumption of thujone, found in wormwood herb, can have some very serious side effects, including paralysis and death.
Do not take more than the recommended dosage.
There are plenty of reviews on Amazon for Adiosa Fat Burner, on various pages. One listing (bottle of 120 pills) has 429 reviews, all four and five stars, and have mentioned the supplement helping other ailments:
this product brought me back from osteopenia and osteoporosis and has continued to keep my bones in outstanding health…a great alternative for seniors who are concerned about bone health and prefer alternative health care over pharmaceuticals
– Kindle ez, April 2015
However, a separate listing for 60 pills, by the same seller, has only 14 reviews. and 21% of those are just one star, with comments such as:
’I’m not sure about all these good reviews but I know it didn’t do anything for me! In fact, my appetite seemed to increase.. I should have known the ratings were suspicious because no diet aid is 100%. I ended up throwing half the bottle away. Lesson learned, if it’s too good to be true, it probably is.
– Michelle L, May 2018
Did not cut appetite
– Philip, June 2018
Not too effective. I will not repurchase after finishing this bottle
– Mike, June 2018
It is interesting to see that the more recent reviews tend to be negative.
The Amazon description states a 100% money-back guarantee, and that it is a risk-free purchase. However, there are no details about who to get in touch with (other than through Amazon) and no information about return addresses. The lack of official website and information about this company is somewhat concerning.
Adiosa Fat Burner is currently available to buy from Amazon, costing $28.97 for 120 pills. or $15.97 for 60 pills.
It’s certainly a positive that Adiosa Fat Burner contains all natural ingredients and there are no side effects for the majority of the ingredients. However, there is no information on how much of each ingredient is in the pills. Many of the ingredients have no proven effect on weight loss. More concerning, however, is that despite research, there is next to no information about the company that manufactures these pills. There claims to be a 100% money-back guarantee, but no information on how to take advantage of this.
It is also interesting that the supplement only needs to be taken once a day. This is rare in the world of weight-loss pills, as most suggest two a day. Again, this makes us question the efficacy of them.
We are also highly cautious of the fact that these pills are on sale despite them containing wormwood herb, a potentially toxic ingredient, so for that reason alone, we do not recommend Adiosa Fat Burner to our readers.
