eBody T5 Hardcore is a T5 fat burner in capsule form, designed for weight loss. According to the advertising, eBody claims that it is a legal equivalent of the well-known bodybuilding formula, the ECA Stack. eBody T5 Hardcore contains a lot of caffeine in various forms, and this green tea/caffeine combination is good for weight loss.
So, let’s take a look and find out more about this hardcore supplement.
Pros
Cons
eBody is a UK company that operates solely online. There is an official website and a Facebook page, so you can contact the company via messenger. However, the major market place appears to be Amazon.
eBody T5 Hardcore contains caffeine as the principle ingredient so most of the effects, good or bad, will come from this one ingredient. This means that if you are a habitual coffee or tea drinker, you may not notice much effect. That said, the green tea/caffeine combination can increase weight loss in some people, so you may find it worth it for that alone.
Although this supplement is advertised as a legal alternative to ECA stack, it is highly unlikely to have the same effect, without the missing ephedrine component.
Each bottle contains 180 capsules and with the recommended serving of three capsules spread out over the day, one bottle should last a month.
UK customers can buy via the official website or from Amazon. eBody T5 Hardcore does not seem to be easily available to customers outside the UK.
Side effects are most likely to come from the caffeine content and will depend upon your own personal tolerance. Side effects to caffeine include jitteriness, insomnia, increased anxiety, restlessness, increased heart rate and blood pressure, heart palpitations, increase in urination, and irritability.
Other side effects may include upset stomach, abdominal cramps, diarrhoea, and headaches.
The product information warns not to take “if you have a known medical condition including high blood pressure, diabetes, any cardiovascular disorder, heart disease, hyperthyroidism, or are taking antidepressant medications.”
The product information also warns against the dangers of taking this supplement in combination with other caffeine-containing products, including coffee and tea,
“Individuals should also limit the use of caffeine-containing medications, food or beverages while taking this product because too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness and, occasionally, rapid heartbeat.”
eBody T5 Hardcore is quite expensive. Buy from the official eBody website and it costs £29.95 for 180 capsules (30 days supply if used as recommended). You can receive a 10% discount on placing your first order.
Although free shipping is advertised, this is only available on orders over £30.00 which seems incredibly tricksy to us. Otherwise, delivery charges are applied at the point of sale.
eBody T5 Hardcore is also on sale via Amazon where it costs £24.95 including free delivery.
eBody T5 Hardcore is a weight loss supplement in capsule form. The serving size is equal to three capsules that you take over the course of the day, and you are advised to start with one capsule and build up. The maximum daily intake is six capsules a day.
You should not take this supplement at all if you have medical issues relating to heart or blood pressure, and the product information does provide clear warnings which is good. Check out the side effects tab to find out more.
According to the advertising, eBody T5 Hardcore is based on the bodybuilder’s favourite, the ECA Stack.
ECA stands for ephedrine, caffeine, and aspirin, and this combination was popular throughout the 90s and 2000s until the stimulant ephedrine was banned for health reasons. Despite the dangers, the ECA stack has become legendary as it was a powerful appetite suppressant, plus it increased energy so helped weight loss and gym performance.
The same can be said for supplements described as T5 – which technically means that it affects the thyroid hormones so speeds up weight loss. These days, a supplement described as T5 usually just means strong in stimulants.
To check your tolerance, start by consuming just one capsule a day of T5 Hardcore. If you feel you are ready for a higher dosage, you can boost your intake to two capsules a day, then three.
The following usage guidelines are provided:
eBody does not contain ephedrine or aspirin, so describing this as a legal version of the ECA stack seems misleading. However, it does contain caffeine and some of this is in the form of caffeine anhydrous, which is much stronger than the caffeine we drink in coffee or tea.
Other ingredients are herbal extracts which also contain caffeine and these include guarana, green coffee bean extract, green tea, and Kola nut. There is no figure provided for the exact caffeine content, but we are guessing it is a lot!
The principle ingredient is green tea extract which the label suggests contains a whopping 6000mg per serving. This is not actually the case; it contains 300mg but because it is in condensed form, the makers claim it is the equivalent of 6000mg.
There is also cayenne pepper, amino acid L Tyrosine, vitamin B6, and chromium. Check out the ingredients tab to find out more.
eBody is a British company. There is an address provided on the label that says it is based at a PO Box in Leicester. The website provides a return address in Cambridgeshire. You can’t really contact the company directly. We looked at the “about us” page for contact information, but this wasn’t very helpful and just said,
“We are eBody, we are sexy, we are fierce, and we do things the eBody way”
The Facebook page is not very current but at least there is one, and it has obtained around 1000 likes. However, in our opinion, most potential customers will come from Amazon UK – probably the main outlet for eBody supplements.
According to the advertising
“T5 Hardcore is based on eBody’s T5 Stack model, which is a combination of ingredients to provide the strongest legal equivalent to the traditional ECA Stack. The T5 Stack is made up of some key ingredients, Green Tea 95% Polyphenols, Green Coffee and Caffeine Anhydrous.”
The key features to eBody T5 Hardcore:
The supplement is manufactured in the UK and conforms to industry standards which is good.
According to the advertising, eBody T5 Hardcore was reviewed in Men’s Health magazine.
“By day 21 I’d already lost 6lb and an inch off my waist.” Edward Lane, Assistant Digital Editor
It might work. eBody T5 Hardcore contains a lot of caffeine in various forms, so it will probably have a stimulant effect upon most people depending upon their personal caffeine tolerance. Caffeine increases the speed of the metabolism and can help weight loss for this reason although effects often wear off once you become accustomed to it.
The green tea/caffeine combination is good for weight loss. Studies suggest that when taken together as here, both ingredients work more effectively than when taken alone. One study concluded that when “taken together, these functional ingredients have the potential to produce significant effects on metabolic targets such as thermogenesis, and fat oxidation”. Source
In addition, taking any type of stimulant decreases hunger pangs so this supplement may have an appetite suppressing effect as claimed.
However, this supplement is unlikely to work well for everyone. Side effects of simply too much caffeine are likely, and you will probably build up tolerance once you start taking it.

Serving size is equal to three capsules. The ingredients label is confusing because it displays the purported strength of each ingredient in extract form, rather than the true ingredient’s quantity.
We have provided the true quantity in brackets.

Caution: Not suitable for individuals under 18. Avoid if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. The product information provides the following warnings. Discontinue immediately if sleeplessness or nausea occur. Do not take if you have a known medical condition including high blood pressure, diabetes, any cardiovascular disorder, heart disease, hyperthyroidism, or are taking antidepressant medications. Individuals should also limit the use of caffeine-containing medications, food, or beverages while taking this product because too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness and, occasionally, rapid heartbeat.
There are customer reviews for eBody T5 Hardcore on Amazon UK. There are numerous positive customer reviews, although according to scam software, not all of these are likely to be genuine.
Positive comments include,
These tablets are the best I’ve come across and I’ve had a few different ones. They are helping me remove stubborn pounds that I’ve been struggling with. They give me that extra kick when I need it. I take 2 in the morning and 1 just before my dinner. Definitely worth the money
Purchased this product and have been using this in conjunction with rigorous daily exercise, controlled diet and a few other products – but am happy with the combined results thus far – losing 3 stone since January.
Not all customers feel the same. Despite the high caffeine levels, many people have not noticed a difference between taking and not taking this supplement.
Does not work… It doesn’t suppress appetite and doesn’t give you the energy that it claims to give. Another false advertisement. Stay clear.
Rubbish these don’t work… In fact they made me more tired and fatigued
Absolute Rubbish!!!
There is no money-back guarantee on offer.
You can buy T5 Hardcore directly from the official eBody website. The supplement is also available via Amazon.
Despite all the claims that this supplement is a legal alternative to the ECA stack and a potent T5 fat burner, essentially it is a caffeine pill that contains unknown quantities of caffeine from various sources.
This may actually work for some people but there are drawbacks. The first is that to get the appetite suppressing qualities, you will probably have to feel quite nauseous. And, although some people like the buzz of a caffeine pill and experience extra energy, many others will be left feeling wired and anxious. Although caffeine can help increase metabolism, especially when combined with green tea, effects will quickly wear off as you become accustomed.
The other ingredients are unlikely to do overmuch. Yes, there is some chromium, B6, and L Tyrosine, but you are not likely to really notice anything else other than the caffeine.
In our opinion, eBody T5 Hardcore is not good enough to recommend to the Watchdog readers.
