But is it? Or is it just jumping on the keto bandwagon, which is growing in popularity, and using the name to help it get out there? We look at the Elite Strength Keto Weight Loss supplement in more detail in this review to see how effective it is.
Elite Strength Keto Weight Loss is a twice a day weight loss supplement which is designed to help kick-start your metabolism and help you burn calories. We aren’t quite sure why it has ‘keto’ in the name, as it does not appear to have anything to do with a ketogenic diet.
It is manufactured by Elite Strength Labs, a US-based company.
Caffeine can cause jitteriness, and increased heart rate and blood pressure. Some other ingredients can cause wind, bloating, and nausea.
There seems to be some confusion over this product. It is called a keto weight loss supplement, and they very briefly allude to it in the Amazon description, but they seem to have little or no understanding about what the keto diet is, as the ingredients have no relevance.
It is also a proprietary blend, which of course is a big thumbs down for us. We like to know exactly how much of each ingredient is in there so we know whether it may work or not. The problem is when there is a proprietary blend, the manufacturer has generally bulked it up with the cheaper and less effective ingredients, and has skimped on the ones that might actually have some benefit. Because we just see what ingredients are included, we are none the wiser. There is also very basic information on how to take the supplement – two pills a day, but no indication of how or at what time.
The fact that we cannot find any official website or social media for the company also rings alarm bells, and there is no mention of any money-back guarantee, so if you don’t like the product, tough luck. A review analyser has also suggested that many – up to half – of the Amazon reviews are fake, which makes us trust the product and the company behind it even less.
We absolutely do not recommend Elite Strength Keto Weight Loss to our readers.

From the name of the Elite Strength Keto Weight Loss supplement, you would be forgiven for thinking it has something to do with the ketogenic diet. However, the ingredients don’t appear to have any relevance to a low carb diet. Instead, it markets itself as a twice a day weight loss supplement. It is made in the USA, in FDA regulated facilities, by Elite Strength Labs.
This product only appears to be available to purchase from Amazon. We can’t find any official website for Elite Strength Labs, nor any social media associated with the company. The lack of information about the company is concerning. All we know, from the bottle label, is that it is produced in New York.
This is taken from the Amazon description of the product:
“The Keto diet has become increasingly popular throughout the years. Now you can harness the power of this unique diet through our Keto Weight Loss caplets. We all know how hard it can be to lose weight, and with these little caplets we hope to make your weight loss journey easier.”
We can’t say for certain whether the Elite Strength Keto Weight Loss works because there are no quantities listed for the ingredients. For all we know, it could be 98% raspberry ketones (a known ineffective ingredient) and just 2% of everything else.
There are some ingredients in there that would have a positive effect on weight loss if dosed adequately, even if the user is not following a ketogenic diet. These include green coffee bean and african mango. However, there are also things in here that we know will not work.
Please note that the exact quantities of each ingredient are unknown.
Caffeine in green coffee bean extract can cause side effects such as anxiety, restlessness, heart palpitations, an increase in blood pressure, and disruption to sleep patterns.
African mango has reportedly had the following side effects: headache, nausea, flatulence, and difficulty sleeping. Psyllium husk can also cause bloating and wind.
If you are under a physician’s care or taking medication, consult your healthcare professional before using this product. If you are pregnant or nursing, do not use without consulting a doctor.
There are 46 customer reviews for the Elite Strength Keto Weight loss on Amazon, with an average rating of 4.9 out of 5.
Positive comments include:
I have tried the macro diet, intermittent fasting, and other diets. I am looking to lose roughly 10 pounds of extra baby weight. I have been using this product for just over a week now, and although I haven’t seen any weight loss yet, I overall feel better and have more energy. I don’t crave sugar like I did before. Another benefit, is these capsules are made in the USA under a FDA approved facility! I will definitely be ordering again.
The lowest rated comments are a 3 star, and include:
I took a one month supply of Elite Strength Keto Weight Loss Aid. During that time I was following a Keto diet and had plateaued in my weight loss. taking two pills a day I felt no discernible difference. The ingredientes listed were promising but maybe taking the product for just one month wasn’t enough time to properly evaluate the product’s effectiveness…!”
However, a review website flagged up that many of these reviews – perhaps even half of them – are potentially fake, which makes us take them with a pinch of salt.
Elite Strength Keto Weight Loss only appears to be able to be purchased from Amazon, for $19.99.
