In this review, we look at the Flexatarian Flex Keto in more detail to see whether it is worth spending your hard earned cash on, or if there are better supplements out there for you. Let’s take a look!
Flexatarian Flex Keto Concentrate is a once-a-day powder supplement which is claimed to provide long-lasting energy and mental clarity, while aiding the weight-loss associated with a ketogenic diet. L-Carnitine has been added to help accelerate fat loss and boost endurance, and there are a range of vitamins to increase immune health, mental function, and to improve mood.
It is made by Flexatarian, a US based company.
Whilst we don’t think that this supplement will cause any side effects, it may help to deepen the state of ketosis or help you enter it faster, which does have its own side effects. These include loss of salts, keto-flu, bad breath, changes in bowel habits, leg cramps, and loss of energy. Taking this supplement may actually help with some of these symptoms.
Flexatarian Flex Keto costs $30.31, with free shipping on Amazon if purchased as part of the “subscribe and save” program. If bought as a one-off purchase, Flexatarian Flex Keto costs $31.90. This is for 15 servings, which makes it a relatively expensive weight loss supplement,
As far as supplements go, this isn’t bad. The company manufacturing the product, Flexatarian, seem above board and legit, with a 100% satisfaction guarantee through Amazon. Their website is slick and professional, although we don’t really understand why they don’t sell it themselves.
In terms of the product itself – it’s jam-packed with nutrients and vitamins, to replace those that you might be missing if you are following a keto diet. By making sure your body has everything it needs, it’s going to work harder, burn more fat, and give you more energy. The dosages seem pretty good going as well – nothing too weak or underdosed.
However, there are plenty of ingredients in there that just aren’t needed, for example, Vitamin B and Vitamin D6. People following a keto diet generally aren’t lacking in these. Whilst it won’t do them any harm, it’s a little bit pointless and seems like an unnecessary filler. This is even more galling considering the product is on the more expensive side.
Taking this into account, we do not recommend the Flexitarian Flex Keto to our readers.

Flexatarian Flex Keto is a once a day fat burning supplement which is added to water to make a drink. It is designed to help you enter the state of ketosis quicker and burn fat rapidly, whilst giving you a boost of energy. It is made by Flexatarian, a US based company.
Flexatarian are a supplement company based in New Jersey, America. They manufacture a range of products, including plant-based products, whey products, and pre-workouts. They are an Amazon exclusive brand, and all their products have to be purchased through there. Their official website has a contact form, phone number, and links to their Facebook and Instagram accounts. They have their own hashtags to encourage customers to engage with them. These include #flexfam and #ruflexatarian.
Flexatarian claim that their product, Flex Keto, “gives you clean, long-lasting energy while supporting you on your ketogenic diet. It contains a patented blend of exogenous ketones (goBHB) that increases endurance, aid in fat loss, and improve mental focus. The beta-hydroxybutyrate blend will help you get, and stay in ketosis”.
If you are following a strict ketogenic diet, then we think that yes, this will probably give you a bit of hand in staying in ketosis, and making sure you have all the important nutrients and electrolytes that you need. There are some ingredients in here that probably aren’t necessary, but they certainly won’t do you any harm.
It is, however, important to note that unless you are following a no carbs or low carb diet, the supplement will do absolutely nothing for you, other than give you an extra dose of (probably not needed!) vitamins.
Please note that the quantities of each ingredient are correct for each individual serving of Flexatarian Flex Keto
We actually think that this product might help counteract some of the side effects of a keto diet. Side effects of ketosis include leg cramping, change in bowel habit, loss of salts, loss of energy, and bad breath.
Do not use if you have an allergy to any of the ingredients. This product is designed to be consumed by healthy people over the age of 18. Consult a doctor before using this product. Immediately discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if you have any adverse reactions to the product. Seek medical advice if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have any existing medical conditions or take medication.

Positive reviews include:
This drink tastes great and has a great mix of ingredients, whether you’re on the Keto diet or not. If you’re expecting this to put you into Ketosis, it’s not going to happen. I don’t think any single product can do that alone. It will, however, give you some of the essentials you need to not feel like you have the flu when you go on the diet. It definitely provides an energy boost before workouts or at the beginning of your day. The taste is really good, especially considering this is a Keto diet drink. Word to the wise, however. If you’ve never taken a supplement like this, start out with half a scoop and work your way up to a full scoop. Otherwise you may get some unpleasant side effects (like being in the bathroom all day and becoming very familiar with the tile and walls). Overall, however, this is a great drink whether you’re on the Keto diet or are just looking for an energy push,
Critical comments tend to mention the taste being too sweet and include ones such as:
I’m a fan of chocolate and vanilla shakes but thought to give this a go. Not for me sadly. Too artificially flavored for me. I’m sure that a lot of people enjoy this but it reminds me of fake sweetener Joyce powders yiu put in water bottles and I can’t stand those either. Just my opinion
It is an Amazon exclusive product at the moment, so can only be bought from Amazon.
