The extra enzymes, antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals are all good for the body, so will probably not do any harm.

Detox products are just as popular as keto ones, and even more useless. The idea behind them is that they can “clean out your system” and make it easier to lose weight. It’s all a lot of nonsense though.
For one thing, the supposed benefits are incredibly vague. Lots of buzzwords and phrases are used in the marketing, but they are all pretty meaningless. Toxins, a cleaner system, detox the body – these are the typical soundbites used as selling points, but the exact nature of what they mean is never really revealed.
