HANAH ONE is the flagship supplement from HANAH LIFE, based in Bolinas California. The company is fully engaged with social media and sell a range of supplements from the official website, as well as via Amazon. HANAH LIFE looks to be a fashionable company that uses traditional Indian ingredients as a basis for their supplement range.
HANAH ONE is a ghee/honey supplement that you use by adding a tablespoon to a drink, food, or simply taking directly from the spoon. It is based on Ayurvedic medicine, so contains 30 Indian ingredients, many of them unknown and under-researched in the West and ingredient quantities per serving are unknown.
HANAH ONE comes in a large jar for home use, but you can also buy sachets that you can use on the go. You are supposed to use this supplement every day forever as a general boost to health, but it is possible that you may not notice much difference or even experience side effects.
There may be side effects. Many of the ingredients come with very little safety information and some are known to be poisonous or work as laxatives.
Bael Tree has been linked to causing liver damage and Yellow Nightshade is poisonous, so who knows whether or not this supplement is even safe!
Other side effects may include allergic reaction, nausea and vomiting, dizziness, changes to blood pressure, diarrhoea, headaches, and increased heart rate.
HANAH ONE is expensive. Buy from the HANAH LIFE website and the jar (309g) which contains 22 servings costs $55.00. You can make savings by signing up for the auto-ship program, where regular supplies are sent to you and your bank or credit card billed automatically.
Although the subscribe and save option is at the reduced price of $49.50, we don’t advise you choose it because auto ship agreements like this can be extremely hard to cancel.
You can also buy the Go Pack – a packet of 12 individual serving sachets for a whopping $49.00.
You can buy a combination bundle of products; the jar and the Go Pack for $89.00.
HANAH ONE is on sale via Amazon where you can only buy the GO Pack option at the time of writing, where 1 x pack of 12 sachets of HANAH ONE costs $46.55.
We are not impressed with HANAH ONE. This looks like an overpriced novelty product that is sold with some Indian mysticism thrown in, but comes with very little evidence it will do anything at all. We are not impressed that HANAH LIFE seems to have manipulated the limited customer feedback on Amazon but maybe this is not surprising. This general health supplement is massively expensive and will simply be too pricy for many customers. It is highly possible that you could take it for months without really noticing any difference.
Added concerns are that the auto-ship may be difficult to cancel and that there are some basic errors in the ingredients list. As a simple rule, you should never take supplements without knowing exactly what they contain, especially if you buy online. And with the people behind this seemingly having a similar problem, we do not recommend HANAH ONE to the Watchdog readers.

HANAH ONE is a supplement that comes in the form of a thick liquid similar to honey – one of the principle ingredients. The idea is that you add a tablespoon to your coffee, tea, or smoothie, or alternatively, eat it directly off the spoon. It is up to you when you decide to take it.
HANAH ONE contains a blend of 30 ingredients including honey, sesame seed oil, Ashwagandha, and Cardamon. Some of the ingredients are well known as culinary ingredients. Others are Indian medicinal plants and extracts that are more unusual, but all of which have a reputation for various health benefits. Check out the ingredients tab for the full list and a brief explanation about what they are and what they are supposed to do. With 30 ingredients, it is also important to check in case you have any sensitivities or food allergies.
The idea is that you take HANAH ONE every day and according to the product information, the supplement has a cumulative effect so you must take it every day. The supplement is not designed for weight loss, and there are no claims that it has any specific effect. Instead, the idea is that this supplement will improve general health, mood, and mental functioning.
HANAH LIFE LLC seems to have been founded in 2015 by Joel Eindhorn, a triathlon athlete. Following a serious bike accident while training for an Iron man Triathlon, he discovered the powers of Ayurvedic healing working with practitioners in Kerala such as Dr VA Venugopal. Today the company employs a team of Indian herbal specialists and athletes in order to produce a range of health supplements.
HANAH LIFE is located in Bolinas California. There is a contact phone number (94924-0741) but if you do need to contact the company, Facebook messenger or email via the official site seems to be the preferred options.
As well as the official site and Amazon, HANAH LIFE is also on sale via affiliate marketing. This is where third-party websites advertise products on behalf of a company, leading potential customers to the official website. When somebody buys, the third party website receives a cut of the purchase price.
Affiliate sites often don’t look like affiliate sites, which means that you can read a glowing report of a product from a private looking website without realising you are actually reading a sales page!
According to the advertising HANAH ONE is,
“Used by athletes, entrepreneurs, and yogis alike, “and is an “Ayurvedic superfood supplement made from 30 wild-harvested botanicals in a base of Keralan mountain honey, artisanal ghee and sesame oil for optimal absorption by your body.”
According to the company information,
“HANAH’s mission is to preserve ancient traditions and adapt them into remedies for modern living.”
The purity of ingredients and ancient traditions are important and HANAH supports local communities, presumably in India,
“We are committed to sourcing only the purest ingredients and producing products using ancient methods to ensure they deliver noticeable results. We support local communities and their traditions. We care about our health and are constantly seeking new and innovative ways to help you improve yours.”
The reported benefits are as follows,
“This all-natural botanical formula is designed to help strengthen the immune system, improve mental clarity and overall focus, increase mental and physical stamina and to improve digestion.”
If you believe in Indian Ayurvedic medicine and err towards to alternative side of supplements, the fact that HANAH ONE contains a mighty blend of 30 herbal and ingredients which are unproven in the west will be a selling point. We are not qualified to comment on this branch of traditional medicine. However, we have some real concerns. We don’t know exactly what is contained in this ghee. It may cause side effects. It may do nothing at all. Some of the contents could cause reactions or side effects.
We can see that some people will rave about this product but in our opinion, it is all a bit unproven and unknown. Other concerns are that there is no explanation about how the ghee will work or any links to clinical evidence. There do seem to be some typos in the ingredients list and in our opinion, the product information blinds you with Indian mystical science to cover up huge gaps in the product information.
We don’t trust it!
Each serving of Ayurvedic Ghee is equal to one tablespoon.
