Could this supplement really be the one that helps you lose weight, or is it just another product in a saturated market that doesn’t live up to its claims? We take a look at Healthy Fusion Goodbye Calories below to find out.
The product contains peanut skin extract in the form of Sugarlock, a branded ingredient, so anyone with nut allergies should stay away from this supplement.
Goodbye Calories contains Citrus Sinesis, or Citrus Aurantium. Citrus Aurantium contains Synephrine which has been found to speed up heart rate and raise blood pressure and could lead to harmful health effects even in otherwise healthy people. It has been linked to a number of serious side effects and deaths.
We are slightly confused by the company behind Healthy Fusion Goodbye Calories. The bottle says ‘Prisma Natural’ on it, but the official website for them only sells collagen products. It appears that the actual company behind this product is a Spanish company based in Madrid, called Fersa Ibérica, who produce products under the brands HealthyFUSION and BodyFUSION. So we are not sure where the ‘Prisma Natural’ brand comes into it, which is concerning as it is on the bottle.
The official website for Fersa Ibérica does sell some of the HealthyFUSION products, but they do not appear to stock Goodbye Calories.
Potential side effects may include some gastrointestinal symptoms such as bloating, gas, and stomach cramps, as well as increased urination, reduced blood sugar levels, a decrease in blood pressure, interactions with some prescription drugs, and nausea.
There are side effects associated with the use of Citrus Aurantium and its active ingredient, Synephrine. It can speed up heart rate and raise blood pressure, and could lead to harmful health effects and has been linked to a number of deaths. The mayo clinic recommends that people avoid the use of Citrus Aurantium, because of the dangers associated with its use. Potential customers who already have cardiac-related health problems should never use Citrus Aurantium, as it can exacerbate pre-existing heart conditions.
Headaches, including migraines and nausea, have also been found by users as a side effect. In addition to the fact that Synephrine has not been found to have a significant effect on fat loss or energy, the side effects are a big concern here.
Healthy Fusion Goodbye Calories containing 60 capsules costs £23.50 with free delivery from Amazon.
Healthy Fusion Goodbye Calories contains a number of ingredients that are unlikely to help much with weight loss, as there is not enough clinical evidence to back up their use as weight loss aids.
Synephrine, found in Citrus Aurantium has been shown to increase resting metabolic rate and energy expenditure, and help with weight loss. However, there are very dangerous side effects associated with Synephrine and it is banned from use in some places which makes its addition in this supplement very questionable.
It is also very expensive, as one bottle will only last for ten days if the maximum dosage of 6 capsules per day is taken.
We are also concerned about who the company behind the product really is, and who Prisma Natural – that is shown on the bottle – really are.
Added to that the fact there is no money-back guarantee, and we simply cannot approve this supplement.
We do not recommend Healthy Fusion Goodbye Calories to our readers.

Healthy Fusion Goodbye Calories is a supplement that is intended to block some of the carbs and fat that you eat from being absorbed by your body.
The main ingredient of Healthy Fusion Goodbye Calories is a branded ingredient called Sugarlock, which is made of peanut skin extract, which is rich in polyphenols.
Sugarlock is supposed to help to control body weight by inhibition of starch digestion as well as regulating blood glucose levels by reducing glucose absorption. The manufacturer of Sugarlock claims that it has the highest alpha-amylase inhibition activity compared to most of the commercially available carbohydrate digestion inhibitors.
It does this by preventing the enzyme alpha-amylase from binding with starches. Alpha-amylase is produced in the saliva and it breaks down carbohydrates into molecules that the body can easily absorb. When you prevent this process, the carbohydrates pass unabsorbed through the body as waste. It does not seem to work for everyone, but can help some people depending on their individual lifestyle and habits.
Chicory root, a natural laxative, is another ingredient in Goodbye Calories. It is a form of bark which is believed to help to suppress the appetite. However, there is currently little clinical evidence to back this up.
The supplement also contains Citrus Aurantium – an orange peel derivative that can cause increased heart rate and blood pressure so will not suit everyone. It may have a slight appetite reducing effect because it may also increase adrenaline making you feel too stressed to eat, which is not a healthy way to lose weight.
If you struggle with reducing your carb or fat intake and want to lose weight, then this product might appeal to you. It could potentially offer some support if taken occasionally, for example before a large, carb-heavy or fat-heavy meal, but we would not advise someone to take it all the time. It could lull you into a false sense of security and actually encourage you to eat more, expecting this supplement to take it all away. Although Sugarlock may have a slight carb and fat blocking effect, it will not block everything and so you may actually find you start putting on weight rather than losing it, with this supplement.
Goodbye Calories is sold by Healthy Fusion through Amazon stores. The manufacturers state that they guarantee maximum quality products manufactured in their own facilities and that all of their products go through strict clinical tests and have all necessary sanitary permissions, which doesn’t really mean a lot coming from the company itself.
Healthy Fusion Goodbye Calories claims to allow you to lose weight fast whilst eating! They say it is a powerful blocker of carbohydrates and fats and it is claimed that it also helps to suppress the appetite.
They also say the product will maintain your digestive health in perfect conditions, enhancing intestine microbiota and increasing the number of probiotic bacteria.
We think it is unlikely that Healthy Fusion Goodbye Calories will work exactly as described. It is possible that Sugarlock could help to block some carbs and fat, however there is a lack of evidence currently to support its use for weight loss.
Synephrine or bitter orange, found in Citrus Aurantium has been shown to increase resting metabolic rate and energy expenditure, and help with weight loss. However, it can be dangerous.
Added to that, even if this supplement does work, it doesn’t mean it will work for everyone. Unless you already struggle with over-eating carbs, you are unlikely to notice much difference. This supplement will not work as a fat burner or help you lose weight.
The ingredients used in Healthy Fusion Goodbye Calories are listed below. The ingredient quantities are correct for 1 capsule.

The supplement could also have interactions with some prescription drugs.
There are also some dangerous potential side effects from the Citrus Aurantium:

There are only 3 reviews available for this supplement on Amazon, which is unusual. They are all positive, although they do seem genuine.
I don’t know what it does exactly but I feel really full after eating with this. I can’t eat as much as I usually do and it doesn’t make me super hyper like other brands I’ve tried. I haven’t really changed much in my routine and I’ve lost around 3lbs in 1 week, this is mostly from not eating because I feel so full. They don’t taste like anything which I’m happy about and they’re easy to swallow.
I’m not a fad dieter, i generally try to eat healthy and do some exercise…. but sometimes it just doesn’t feel like its working (36 year old guy… bit of a tummy) – so decided to give these a shot. been around 2 weeks now and so far ive identified:
no unpleasant buzz like some similar products
cuts down my appetite
not horrible to swallow with a mouthful of wateri’ve lost about .5Kg in 8 days of consistent use/ytracking – only measuring at the same time in the day etc. and to be fair, due to work committments ive actually done less exercise during that time. I will certainly be continuing with these. 🙂
No, there does not appear to a be a money-back guarantee available for this product.
