Kaged Muscle Clean Burn is a weight loss supplement, and although it is aimed at bodybuilders, looking to “carve “their bodies of surplus fat, this is not something specific to bodybuilders. When it comes down to it, we all want to lose unsightly fat whether we are trying to build a rock hard six pack or just want to lose some excess flab.
The supplement contains a blend of ingredients and as claimed, these are stimulant free. Most are branded products available only to the supplement industry, so have undergone clinical testing and should be safe for most users.
The principle ingredient at 1000mg per serving is a branded L Carnitine supplement called Carnipure. L Carnitine is an amino acid that is made in the body, and helps convert fat into energy and may have other benefits too.

We think this supplement will probably help weight loss if you combine it with a training regime, and because most of the components are branded supplements this means that there has been research carried out into the individual ingredients.
It is, however, important to remember that manufacturer’s trials may not be as unbiased as independent testing, and may not have been based on human clinical trials.
Carnipure is the principle ingredient at 1000mg per serving, and according to studies carried out by the maker Lonza (who have been making this for over 25 years) it does increase the oxidisation in fatty acids in healthy individuals. Some evidence shows that it can help transport fat in cells for burning as energy, and it is popular with many bodybuilders for this reason.
Capsimax is not as impressive. This chilli pepper supplement contains the natural chemicals which give hot peppers their burn and although this is a branded supplement, the evidence for chilli as a fat burner is not that convincing.
