Nature Driven Keto Shred is a liquid supplement that you take in drop form to support the Keto Diet, in order to achieve Ketosis. The drops are a lemon/lime flavour, containing BHB salts to kick-start fat burning. Nature Driven Keto Shred contains a branded ingredient, goBHB, as the sole active components – this is designed to help to put your body into ketosis quicker, meaning that you are burning fat instead of carbs.
Nature Driven sell a range of keto supplements on Amazon. There is not much information about this company, and with no official website and only a handful of people following the brand on Facebook; Nature Driven is obviously not a major corporation.
Nature Driven Keto Shred is a liquid supplement that you take in drop form to support the Keto Diet. Each bottle contains 66ml which the product information claims is enough for 30 servings, although there is no information about how to take it so whether or not this is sufficient for a month’s supply is unknown. Although BHB supplements are becoming popular, there is no real evidence that Nature Driven Keto Shred will work as described. This company has jumped on the Keto bandwagon and makes false claims about being featured on Shark Tank, as well as offering a money-back guarantee. Neither of these claims are true either.
Side effects should not be an issue for most users because according to research, BHB seems to be safe. However potential side effects may include stomach discomfort, nausea, diarrhoea, or increased blood pressure.
Nature Driven Keto Shred is expensive. Each bottle contains 60ml (2fl oz) which is sufficient for 30 servings and costs $29.99 via Amazon (the sole marketplace).
There are no directions, so you are not told how many servings you are supposed to take each day.
Nature Driven Keto Shred is a weight loss supplement that comes in the form of liquid drops. According to customers, you can either drop straight into your mouth from the dropper or mix with water and drink. Flavour sounds reasonable enough because it is lemon and lime flavoured, so it should be palatable for most users.
The supplement contains a branded ingredient as the sole active component of this supplement. This is goBHB, made in the USA by a company called Compound Solutions.
GoBHB contains Beta-Hydroxybutyrate, an organic substance which is supposed to help speed up the process of ketosis by helping the body use fatty acids from the liver as energy rather than carbs. Often called Ketone Salts, the basic idea of taking these in a keto diet is that it will increase keto burning and make it easier for the body to stay in ketosis, especially if you have slipped up and eaten carbs.
GoBHB is available only to the supplements industry. You cannot buy it over the counter, and it is the sole active ingredient of Nature Driven Keto Shred. The only added ingredients are water, flavouring, and grape alcohol. Check out the ingredients tab to find out more.
Nature Driven Keto Shred was not featured on Shark Tank as claimed in the advertising. This is a common advertising claim from Nature Driven and in truth, is it half-hearted because the product information does not even bother to make anything up about it.
We have covered Nature Driven in previous reviews. Apart from one supplement, all are based on the Keto Diet and some of these are also advertised as being on Shark Tank. These include Nature Driven Keto Cuts, and Nature Driven Keto Blaze.
The Nature Driven address is provided on the supplement bottle and is based in Ohio. There is also a phone number (888- 507 9964) and a website address. However, the website is no longer operational and although there is a Facebook page only around 100 people have ever looked at it. This company is obviously not particularly large or successful and is likely run by just one or two people.
The product information provides a simple explanation about how the Keto Diet works,
“To achieve Ketosis, normally the body must burn through its carb reserves, which can take time. Keto Driven Keto Drops work best when paired with a Keto Diet. Ketosis is a metabolic condition where the body is burning fat; but if the body is given sugars it will leave this metabolic cycle to burn the sugars and carbs first.”
The product information explains the key (the only!) ingredient,
“This purely crafted keto inducing formula uses the power of BHB salts to kick-start fat burning! The main ingredients help to put your body into ketosis quicker, meaning you’re burning fat instead of carbs.
Promotes Weight Loss – This will promote healthy weight loss, and boost Mental Focus and Clarity with its Low-Carb or Keto Diet.”
There is a money-back guarantee advertised.
“We are so confident in the results that if you are unhappy for any reason, we will offer a no-questions asked refund within 30 days of purchase.”
It might work. Nature Driven Keto Shred contains 1000mg of a branded supplement called goBHB. This is comprised of keto salts, a form of Beta-Hydroxybutyrate which is a molecule present in the body that may have numerous benefits to health, anti-aging, and mental performance. It may help weight loss when used in combination with the Keto Diet.
When you are in a state of fasting or on a low-carb, high-fat diet, your body produces a molecule called BHB which helps the body change its primary source of energy from glucose (carbs) to stored fat. As fat is broken down BHB is formed, providing an alternate energy source for every part of the body, including the brain.
This sounds good, but taking BHB salts in supplement form may not be as effective as it sounds. According to Dr. Eric Verdin, one of the authors of the research into BHB, speaking in an interview with Healthline,
“The problem, as it so often is with supplements, is that there’s little — or perhaps nothing — to substantiate their claims. Many of these products, you would have to eat so much of them to get your ketone body levels in an area that is significant,” said Verdin. “They probably don’t give you the ketone levels necessary to give you a biological effect.”
In addition, although the Keto Diet is touted for health, most nutritionists agree that it is not good for long term health and is simply too difficult for most people to stick to. There are no short cuts in supplement form. You have to forgo carbs in order to achieve ketosis and for most people, this is just not achievable.

Beta-Hydroxybutyrate salts, also known as ketone Salts, are fatty acid derivatives which are present in milk and milk products.
In the human body, BHB is an energy dense molecule that provides energy for the brain, heart, and muscles during periods of low carbohydrate intake.
According to research, BHBs can cross the brain blood barrier, providing energy to brain and muscle tissue. However, more research is necessary to prove the findings and a lot of the research has been carried out on mice rather than humans. Source

There are over 140 customer reviews on Amazon at the time of writing. And according to scam software, there is a high level of deception.
Many comments say that it helps to reduce appetite,
It does have a strong flavor but not the bitter terrible taste of other drops I have taken. It really does help with appetite control. I take it mid day and again in the late afternoon and my urge to snack has decreased. This has helped with my daily calorie intake. I am very pleased with how it works.
I enjoy adding these drops to my water/fruit punch. It adds a delicious citrus flavor with no aftertaste. I feel full fairly quick and have a hard time finishing a meal so they are definitely effective for suppressing appetite.
There are negative comments. Some customers have complained that supplement does not work and that the company refuses to honour the money-back guarantee,
Zero stars for zero difference. Doesn’t do anything as claimed. Seller won’t refund
The Amazon website item description includes a “30-day guarantee.” The product does not work and I want my money back under the advertised guarantee
The taste is awful. Upsets my stomach as well. Should have checked return policy before I purchased, now I’m stuck with it.
A money-back guarantee is offered, but many customers have complained that they have been unable to claim it.
According to the advertising, Nature Driven, “are so confident in the results that if you are unhappy for any reason, we will offer a no-questions asked refund within 30 days of purchase.”
This is not the experience of Amazon customers who have been unable to get their money back.
Keto Shred is only on sale via Amazon USA. It is not available to customers outside the USA.
We are not impressed with Nature Driven Keto Shred. Although the only ingredient is a trademarked product called goBHB we think it is unlikely to work fully as described.
Research suggests that Beta-Hydroxybutyrate salts can help the body switch from running on glucose derived from carbs, into ketosis where your body burns stored fat for energy. The problem is that research is in the early days and it is too soon to say that it does work as described and at present, there is no information regarding the optimum serving size either.
There are serious concerns about the Keto Diet craze too because although it does cause fast weight loss, it is not good for health to cut out all carbs and the diet is simply too hard for most people to stick to!
Nature Driven Keto Shred has yet to come up with a decent supplement, and seems to be a low-quality company which has jumped on the current Keto craze in order to sell supplements. We would be highly surprised if this one actually did anything at all, so we do not recommend Nature Driven Keto Shred to the Watchdog readers.
