NDS Censor

CLA is found in many diet pills, but to provide the greatest effects, it needs to be taken in large quantities. It is therefore best taken as a separate single ingredient diet pill, or as a powder supplement. NDS Censor is a CLA supplement that uses Safflower Oil as its source of CLA, combining it with flaxseed oil and Krill oil.

Below we take an in-depth look at NDS Censor to see whether it is an effective weight loss aid or not.

Censor’s unique and fully equipped formula helps supports a healthy heart, hair, skin, eyes, nails, teeth, and maintains cholesterol levels that are already in the normal range. Censor® is a tremendously beneficial supplement that can help you live a healthier lifestyle today.

The “original” CLA/omega 3-6-9 diet formula:

So What Is NDS Censor and What Are The Ingredients?

The ingredients used in NDS Censor are detailed below. The product consists of a proprietary formula, and so the individual ingredient quantities used are not listed. However, the ingredient quantities that are listed are per serving of two capsules.

CLA/ Omega 3-6-9 Blend 2000 mg

  • Safflower Oil (Contains Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA)/ Tonalin CLA): Naturally found in dairy products, beef and safflower oil, conjugated linoleic acid may help to reduce body fat, but may not cause changes to body weight. The average daily diet provides between 15 and 174 mg of conjugated linoleic acid, but studies have used much higher levels. Human studies of CLA have produced contradictory results, and it is described as not only a relatively poor fat burner, but also an unreliable one.
  • Omega-Krill Blend: Krill contains significant amounts of Omega 3, Omega 6 and Omega 9, three types of fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids are essential nutrients that are important in preventing and managing heart disease.
  • Flaxseed Oil: the seed from Flax is high in soluble fibre and omega-3 fatty acids. It can cause a slight laxative effect when used daily, as well as reducing LDL cholesterol levels in the blood.

So What Does All This Mean?

Flaxseed and krill oil are both sources of Omegas 3, 6, and 9. Supplementing these fatty acids has numerous benefits, including improved cardiac health, improved hair growth and strength, and even stronger nails. DHA may also increase blood flow to the brain, which could potentially aid mental focus and clarity. However, the clinical evidence for this is based upon only one study, and the doses used were unstated.

Whilst CLA has shown positive results in studies in rats and mice, aiding significant weight loss and acting as a fat burner, the clinical results in humans are much more varied. Some human clinical trials showed significant fat loss, improved body composition and even increases in muscle mass. However, other studies found no results or changes at all.

One review paper that pooled the results of 18 studies of CLA found that, on average, CLA caused ‘modest’ fat loss. Other reviews describe it as a relatively poor and unreliable fat burner. Because it is a single ingredient supplement that is non-stimulant, NDS Censor can be stacked with other products, and can be taken in the evening.

Does NDS Censor Have Any Side Effects?

The ingredients used in NDS Censor could cause some side effects.

There are some potential side effects associated with the use of CLA. It can cause stomach upset, diarrhoea, nausea and fatigue. CLA can also increase triglyceride levels in some cases.

Consuming flaxseed oil might increase the number of bowel movements each day. It might also cause gastrointestinal (GI) side effects such as bloating, gas, abdominal pain, constipation, diarrhoea, stomachache, and nausea.

Side effects from krill oil based omega supplements are rare; the most common side effect is a fishy aftertaste and sometimes fishy breath. Nausea, bloating and burping may also occur. Omega-3 fatty acids may strengthen the effects of blood-thinning medications, including aspirin, warfarin (Coumadin), and clopedigrel (Plavix). Use cautiously and consult your doctor if you have any concerns.

Do not exceed recommended dose. Not intended for use by persons under 18 years of age. Do not use if pregnant or lactating. If you are taking any medications, planning any medical or surgical procedure or have any medical condition, consult your physician before use. Discontinue use and consult your physician if any adverse reactions occur. Do not use if you are taking any blood thinning medications.

Any NDS Censor Reviews From Customers?

There are numerous customer reviews for NDS Censor on the numerous websites that sell the product, including amazon.

Great for toning! Great value for the size. Price was lower in store then online. I stack this with LipoRush and that combo has really helped with both the pounds and inches.

Phenomenal Product. I have been using Censor for six weeks now and it has performed everything that it says it will. I love it!

The best fish oil ever! I have been using this for 1 yr and a half, have my Mom using it. Not only has it helped ton but it has helped my hair as well. Love it!

I have noticed that not only does this help with my target areas but with my hair and nails as well.

By day 6 I had to stop! I have been on a workout and nutrition plan and have been loosing weight slowly. So I tried this since it had fabulous reviews to hopefully speed things up a bit. In the 6 days I took this it managed to give me horribly oily skin and I gained 4 pounds. I’ll just stick to what was working…

I did not buy this from this amazon provider. I bought it at GNC. My face has broken out and so has my back, which has never happened. Then I took in the morning only to feel depressed and cranky all day and night. I have not noticed any changes toward my body. Only notice is my hormones are totally out of whack after using half the bottle. If you are sensitive to fat burners, do not use. Worst buy for fat burning.

I saw no change – not even a bit – i followed it to a T – the whole bottle. I work out 4-5 times a week – sometimes two a days, sometimes just every other day. I swim, I bike, I run, i do weights. I didnt think it helped me at all.

So Does NDS Censor Work?

Customer reviews are mixed for this supplement; most consumers use the product for toning, but the results vary. Many of the customers who like the product emphasise that the product will only work if used in conjunction with exercise. Some customers have noticed other benefits, including improved hair and nails.

However, some customers have also experienced side effects, including acne and mood changes.

CLA does appear to have some effect upon the body, somewhat reducing fat mass and aiding muscle growth in consumers who are exercising regularly in order to build muscle. It may not result in weight loss overall, but as it may aid muscle growth, it could therefore indirectly boost the body’s metabolic rate. There is also the worry that it is an unreliable or unpredictable supplement. Studies report vastly different effects upon the body, with some noting no changes at all.

NDS Censor will benefit those who exercise regularly and follow a strict diet more than anyone else; we believe that it will not aid huge amounts of weight loss, but can make sculpting a more desirable figure slightly easier for people who have only a few pounds to lose. This is not an ideal product for anyone who is trying to lose a lot of fat mass.

Where Can I Buy NDS Censor?

NDS Censor is available from the manufacturer’s official website, as well as from several third party retailers.

Watchdog Verdict

Overall, we agree with the final judgement on that CLA is over hyped, and is a poor and unreliable fat burner. The other ingredients are also unlikely to aid weight loss, but could have other health benefits. Taking six capsules per day can be inconvenient in itself, especially as the directions spread this large number of capsules into three separate doses to be taken throughout the day.

This is an incredibly expensive product compared to other CLA supplements. This is especially true if the consumer is taking the maximum recommended dose (6 capsules per day), as a single bottle would only last for 16 days, and would cost $80 a month to use! This price is unacceptably high, especially if the consumer wants to use the product for a prolonged period. The product is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Overall, we do not recommend NDS Censor to our readers as it has only limited effectiveness and it prohibitively expensive.
