Is the product they are selling actually a good diet pill? Read on to find out.
The manufacturers of Saba Trim Pro are indeed Saba. Saba use a distribution network of independent “consultants” to sell their product for them, and as such a variety of unofficial websites have sprung up, as each consultant tries to increase their market further. Each Saba consultant tries to not only sell the product, but also encourage others to “join the movement”.
Indeed, when we were searching for more information on Saba Trim Pro, we found it much easier to find promotional videos discussing how easy it is to become a consultant and ‘share the news’, which the videos remind us time and again is not selling!
There are no directions for use on the official website, although one introductory video made by a “consultant” mentioned taking one capsule before breakfast and another capsule before lunch.
The video mentioned above shows that the consultants do not really know very much about the product; the consultant does not give a full ingredients list, and does not describe how exactly the product suppresses the appetite.
The proprietary formula is described as containing “some new revolutionary ingredients that will curb your appetite.” We are unsure what training consultants need to undergo before they are able to give diet and lifestyle advice to their customers, professing themselves to be ‘consultants’.
The website Sabaforlife claims that Saba Trim pro has the following uses:
Other retailers of the product also claim that it is a fat burning product which boosts the metabolism.
The description of the product is quite vague, just indicating that it will aid weight loss and boost energy:
Saba Trim Pro is our most advanced weight management supplement. This formula contains Advantra Z® and Bioperine®, two patented ingredients that provide a comprehensive aid to your weight and appetite management. In combination with other botanicals, Saba Trim Pro can help you shed those pounds all while delivering the sustained-release of energy you have always desired.
The formula for Saba Trim Pro is proprietary, and so there are no ingredient quantities provided at all.
Because no ingredient quantities are provided for this diet pill, it is impossible to judge how strong the product is; on one end of the scale, this means that the diet pill may be totally ineffective, whilst at the other end of the scale, the product could be too strong, increasing the risks of use and the chances of developing unpleasant and even dangerous side effects.
Citrus Aurantium is supposedly safe according to sellers of products containing this ingredient. However, some clinical trials and customer feedback shows that there are a variety of side effects associated with its use. See our list of potential side effects for more details.
Many of the ingredients in Saba Trim Pro have been linked to weight loss only in preliminary studies or through trials that test in vitro or in animals. Other studies have also shown no correlation between these ingredients and weight loss. More research needs to be conducted into cocoa bean, yohimbe, guggelsterone and Norcoclaurine HCL before their true effectiveness can be determined. Chromium and Caffeine have both been associated with weight loss through numerous clinical trials, but their effects are small, and certainly not enough to counteract and unhealthy diet and lifestyle.
Because Norcoclaurine HCL has been untested in humans, potential side effects are largely unknown, and so it is considered potentially unsafe for use. One of the plants that it could be extracted from, Aconite, has been shown to cause serious heart-related side effects including arrhythmias and even death. It is unclear what compounds in this plant cause these side effects, and so it is possible that Norcoclaurine HCL does play a role in these side effects.
Side effects associated with caffeine include headaches, increased urination, jitteriness, dehydration, increased blood pressure, heart palpitations and problems sleeping. Naringen also extends the amount of time that caffeine remains in the body for. Caffeine in turn enhances the effects of citrus aurantium, which carries its own set of side effects, including increased heart rate and increased blood pressure, heart palpitations, fainting, and even heart attack and stroke in healthy patients.
Yohimbe has been linked with irregular or rapid heartbeat, kidney failure, seizure, and heart attack in rare cases. More common side effects include stomach upset, tremor, sleep problems, anxiety or agitation, high blood pressure, a racing heartbeat, dizziness, stomach problems, drooling, sinus pain, irritability, headache, frequent urination, bloating, rash, nausea, and vomiting.
Guggul, from which Guggulsterone is extracted, has been known to cause side effects such as stomach upset, headaches, nausea, vomiting, loose stools, diarrhea, belching, and hiccups. Guggul can also cause allergic reactions such as rash and itching. Guggul can also cause skin rash and itching that is not related to allergy. Higher doses than are likely to be in saba trim pro raise the chances of developing side effects.
The combination of many of these ingredients is unlikely to have been studied in depth, and so it is possible that these ingredients may interact to cause more side effects. One known example of this is Bioperine; Bioperine is known to increase the absorption of numerous medications, which can lead to accidental overdose on normally safe doses. It may also increase the absorption of the ingredients used within Saba Trim Pro, which can make the effects of these ingredients, both good and bad, more dramatic.
Chromium can lower blood sugar levels. Whilst in many cases this can aid weight loss by regulating hunger cravings, diabetics should avoid using chromium supplements, as it can interfere with their medication. Diabetics who want to control their blood sugar levels whilst dieting and using a diet pill should consult their doctor before buying any product, and monitor their blood sugar levels.
Saba Trim Pro comes with no user warnings or health concerns, but from the ingredients profile we have identified the following areas for concern.
Avoid if you are pregnant or breast-feeding.
This product should not be used by those under the age of 18. Anyone with a sensitivity to stimulants should avoid the use of this product.
Those who have health conditions which they are receiving medical treatment for should avoid the use of Saba Pro Trim, as Bioperine affects the absorption of medications.
Those who have cardiac related health issues such as high blood pressure should also avoid this diet pill.
There are three Saba Trim Pro reviews from customers on Amazon. Other than this, there seems to be no other reviews that we could locate. One of the reviews is from another Saba distributor, who writes;
Only buy from a HONEST associate who will help you with your weight loss journey!
It is likely that this one star rating is because of the means of distribution; Saba products are primarily sold through distributers who earn a commission from sales and claim to support each dieter throughout their weight loss journey.
The two other reviews are positive. One merely states;
but the other goes into more detail:
So far I really, really like this product. I used the original ACE formula and lost over 50 pounds in less than a year. Once they changed the formula I, like so many others, quit taking it because it did absolutely nothing for me. I also tried the Xtreme–and BOY did that stuff make me sweat!! I was hot and jittery and even had to go home from work. I was so excited to hear about this new product I jumped right back on the Saba bandwagon. The first few days it did make me warm, but I let my body adjust. Now it’s great! I am now down another 5 pounds and I only have 10 more to go to reach my goal. BUT…I would recommend buying from a reputable Saba consultant. Good luck!
It seems that Saba Trim Pro may aid weight loss by mildly increasing fat burning and even more mildly as an appetite suppressant. There are several different stimulant ingredients, but without ingredient quantities it is almost impossible to judge how well this product would perform.
Saba Trim Pro can be bought from any Saba independent distributer, who will also more than likely try to sign up their customers to be consultants themselves. The amazon price for this product is $58.64, with free shipping, whilst as sabaforlife, the same sized bottle of 60 capsules retails for $60.
The product does not seem to come with any kind of money-back guarantee.
Overall, Saba trim pro does not seem to be an ideal weight loss product. The company has mixed ideas about how the product works, and the consultants are unable or unwilling to provide a great deal of information about the product.
The sales network itself is staffed by independent distributers who call themselves consultants, but do not need qualifications to back this up. Encouraging others to join the sales team is about the same level of priority as selling their actual products. The product is also quite expensive, retailing at around $60 for a bottle of 60 capsules, which is enough for one month.
The product itself contains some promising ingredients, but not enough information is provided about the quality or strength, or even the ingredient quantities to suggest it is an ideal product. The stimulant ingredients also can cause a range of side effects, and some of the ingredients have not been tested in humans.
We reject Saba Trim Pro.
