What You Need To Know About Slim Life Tea

Slim Life Tea lets you enjoy the benefits of Oolong tea. The company states that they have used the highest-grade oolong tea only. Some experts are of the view that oolong tea has flavonoids, antioxidants, and other compounds that help you lose weight more effectively. Regular consumption helps boost your metabolism, which in turn makes it possible to burn more calories. It claims to have polyphenols that block the absorption of fat. It also has antioxidants that support better memory and brain health. The problem is that you cannot find enough scientific evidence to support the use of oolong tea as a weight loss supplement, or even a nootropic supplement. In fact, you may experience several side effects if you are sensitive to caffeine.

What Are The Side Effects Of Slim Life Tea?

There is nothing out of the ordinary in Slim Life Tea, so it is generally safe. However, oolong tea contains caffeine, so it is possible to experience problems like insomnia, jitteriness, irritability, and gastrointestinal symptoms. Refer to our “Side Effects” section to learn more.

How Much Does Slim Life Tea Cost?

You have to spend £49 to get a pack of Slim Life Tea. It is going to last 14 days only.

Our Verdict On Slim Life Tea

Slim Life Tea is high quality oolong tea that you need to drink on a daily basis to improve your metabolism and boost your immune system. While oolong tea certainly contains antioxidants that are likely to improve your immune system, there is not enough evidence suggesting that these antioxidants are potent enough to produce results in a short time. The same holds true in case of weight loss, as Slim Life Tea works by increasing your metabolism, but even with an increased metabolism, you are not going to lose layers of fat in a matter of days.

The biggest concern is that oolong tea contains caffeine, which can cause several side effects, including jitteriness, irritability, nausea, and gastrointestinal problems. Moreover, there is no point in spending so much money on a product that is offering you nothing but oolong tea.

Our verdict: avoid it!

Slim Life Tea Review

Slim Life Tea is supposed to help you lose weight in an effective way. It is actually oolong tea that you can easily find in the market. Is there anything that makes Slim Life Tea any different from other products? There is no mention of anything that helps it stand out, and that is one big reason why we believe that you should avoid wasting money on Slim Life Tea.

There certainly are some benefits associated with oolong tea, but if you really want to drink tea to get health related benefits, you will be better off going for green tea. There is little difference between oolong and green tea, but it is easier to find the highest quality green tea. The reason is that green tea is made from younger leaves, so they are less likely to be contaminated. That is usually not the case with oolong tea.

Many people opt for oolong tea because it helps burn calories by increasing your metabolism. The claim is actually based on a study by Komatsu, but there are many flaws in the study. For instance, the study did not last for long enough – it lasted for one session with no more than 11 female participants. Here is what experts say about the study:

  • The study by Komatsu appears to be hampered by methodological deficiencies, including the duration of the test, which may have been too short, as well as the use of Douglas bags for gas analyzes, which is less accurate than more modern methods.

Slim Life Tea Facts

  • Natural
  • Improved alertness

Slim Life Tea is supposed to increase metabolism, but many studies have found that this is not going to lead to a significant weight loss. You will have to drink it daily and wait for weeks and even months to notice any effect. Even if you manage to lose weight, the result is not going to be that significant. This increase in metabolism is mainly due to the fact that oolong tea contains caffeine. Caffeine is supposed to increase metabolism and thermogenesis. However, a study found that drinking caffeinated water daily is going to burn more fat as compared to oolong tea. The problem is that increasing your intake of caffeine is going to lead to several side effects. After taking it for some time, your body gets used to it and you stop experiencing any benefits. This makes you increase the amount of caffeine you are taking, which increases your risk of experiencing several side effects.

How to Take Slim Life Tea

Here is what the official site says about using Slim Life Tea:

  • Slim Life Tea can be used starting early in the morning, and anytime through the day. The tea contains caffeine; we do not recommend drinking tea after 5 P.M. if you are sensitive to caffeine. You can drink Slim Life Tea as often as you prefer. It is considered safe to drink as much as 1.4 – 2.4 liters of tea per day. Drinking tea throughout the day will keep you abundant, energized and in a good mood. For the best results recommended to use Slim Life Tea 3 times a day (once in the morning once, in the afternoon and once in the evening).

Some people also take Slim Life Tea because it claims to help increase mental alertness. Again, there is not enough scientific evidence suggesting that drinking oolong tea on a daily basis will lead to improved memory or cognitive function. Whatever little benefit you see is mainly due to the presence of caffeine. Caffeine acts as a stimulant and works on your nervous system to makes you feel alert. However, you have to bear in mind that it does nothing to improve energy production, but it improves alertness by masking fatigue. It suggests that you are likely to feel worse once the effect of caffeine wears out.

It is also difficult to find many human studies suggesting that Oolong tea is going to improve mental alertness. Some animal studies have shown some promise though. For instance:

  • In a detailed study conducted at the Osaka Institute for Health Care Science in Japan, the experimental mice in which oolong tea was ingested, showed a remarkable improvement in the stress levels by 10 to 18 %. The natural polyphenols in the oolong tea were cited as the main cause of it being such a stress-buster.

However, it is important to note that it is not always possible to replicate the results of animal studies in humans. It is also thought that polyphenols in oolong tea is going to help reduce stress, but again, there is very limited evidence to draw any conclusion here.

Slim Life Tea Concerns:

  • No information about the blend
  • Possibly ineffective
  • No better than other similar products
  • Possible side effects
  • Very expensive

Another claim associated with Slim Life Tea is that it helps improve skin conditions. You are supposed to get this benefit, because oolong tea contains antioxidants that help eliminate free radicals from your body. Free radicals are responsible for causing skin problems, including dark spots, wrinkles, and more serious diseases, like skin cancer. The antioxidants in oolong tea are supposed to eliminate those toxins and free radicals from your body. This prevents oxidative damage to skin cells, and improves the quality of your skin. It is true that oolong tea contains antioxidants, such as thearubigin, catechins, and theaflavin, but many experts believe that green tea is a much better choice in this regard. For instance:

  • A 2003 study conducted by Kenichi Yanagimoto compares green tea, oolong tea, and black tea for their antioxidant activities. He found green tea to be the most potent antioxidant, followed by oolong tea, then black tea. Green tea blocked oxidation by almost 100% over 40 days.

Another important point is that many studies have confirmed that using an antioxidant supplement, is not as beneficial as getting those antioxidants from dietary sources. It means that you will be better off getting those much-needed antioxidants from fruits and vegetables. Including green tea or even oolong tea in your diet may help, but you need to tweak your whole diet to see any results.

The fact of the matter is that Slim Life Tea may be a good addition to your diet, but you cannot get good results unless you change your entire diet and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Drinking oolong tea on a regular basis is not going to help you lose a significant amount of weight. Also, you are not going to notice any change in your skin quality or immune system after several weeks of use. There may be a slight improvement in mental alertness, but that is only due to the caffeine found in oolong tea. Many people just cannot tolerate that much of caffeine and develop problems, like diarrhea, sleeplessness, anxiousness, headaches, confusion, and irregular heartbeat. Therefore, it is always a good idea to avoid relying too much on a product like Slim Life Tea and pay more attention to finding a right combination of balanced diet and good workout program to lose weight, reduce stress, and improve cognitive function.

What Does Slim Life Tea Claim To Do?

Slim Life Tea makes several big claims. It lets you enjoy oolong tea, which is supposed to offer the following health benefits:

  • Helps you lose weight by increasing your metabolism
  • Improves mental alertness and memory
  • Improves overall mental performance
  • Keeps your skin healthy
  • Helps treat skin related problems
  • Strengthens your immune system

Does Slim Life Tea Work?

Slim Life Tea is oolong tea in reality. We do not know if they have added anything else in the blend or not. If not, there is no reason to spend so much money to buy a pack of oolong tea. Many studies show that green tea is going to work better than oolong tea because it is rich in antioxidants. If you really want to drink a beverage, you should be putting your money on green tea. Oolong tea is supposed to help you lose weight by increasing your metabolism, but it may take very long to see any benefits. Moreover, if you do not pay attention to eat in a calorie deficit mode, drinking oolong tea or using Slim Life Tea is not going to burn any fat. So, work on your diet to help lose weight and stay healthy.

What Are The Ingredients of Slim Life Tea?

Slim Life Tea is simple oolong tea. It is quite like green tea, but is not as rich in antioxidants. Still, oolong tea contains flavanols and other compounds are supposed to increase metabolism and help you burn calories. It contains antioxidants that are supposed to prevent oxidative damage to cells. Unfortunately, there is not enough scientific evidence that regular intake of oolong tea will lead to a significant weight loss.

Does Slim Life Tea Have Any Side Effects?

Slim Life Tea or oolong tea may look safe, but many people have complained about many side effects. The biggest complaint comes from its caffeine content. You are likely to experience problems like irritability, insomnia, dizziness, and heart palpitations. An increased intake of caffeine may also lead to vomiting, nausea, headaches, diarrhea, and increased blood pressure. It is also possible to suffer from caffeine poisoning if you are caffeine sensitive.

Drinking oolong tea has its benefits, but you need to be careful when you are taking medications for existing conditions. Oolong tea can interact with certain medications such as adenosine, used for irregular heart rhythm; sedatives such as benzodiazepines; propranolol, used to treat heart disease; and blood thinning medicines. People with heart problems, kidney disorders, or anxiety-related issues should also avoid oolong tea.

It is worth mentioning that some studies have found that drinking oolong tea regularly may affect the way your body metabolizes iron. It can lead to iron deficiency, which in turn can cause anemia, which is a serious health conditions. It can cause extremely fatigue and affect brain function at the same time.

Due the presence of caffeine, it is also a good idea to avoid oolong tea during pregnancy. Caffeine can cross the placenta and affect your baby, so it is better to stay away from it. You should also limit the intake of caffeine when breastfeeding.

Are There Any Customer Reviews For Slim Life Tea?

Slim Life Tea claims to help you in so many ways, but it seems that customers are not entirely happy with what they get. For instance:

I have been drinking this tea for three weeks now but it has done nothing to help me lose weight. I am now looking for a better fat burner.

I still think it is better to drink green tea instead of oolong tea because I have tried oolong tea in the past and it does nothing to improve cognition or weight.

  1. ive tried this slim life tea it has not got a nasty taste but upset my digestive system which was a shame after stopping my tummy returned to normal so this tea was not good for me and they wont refund unless it was not opened but i think they should because how do we all no how it affects one …

  2. I like the idea of tea itself for health – especially the brands that don’t contain laxatives and randomly added herbs.

I’m sure that given enough time that oolong tea could promote weight loss and health. If nothing else, its behavioral impact may do that.

But, I hate brands that promote tea as a weight loss product. It seems that the effect would be slight, if it exists at all.

The brand here also seems like an expensive choice for a product that is little more than regular oolong tea.
