So What Is T6 Fire Storm and What Are The Ingredients?

The ingredients used in T6 Fire Storm are listed below. The product consists of several proprietary formulas, and so no individual ingredient quantities are provided. The quantities that are listed are per serving of one capsule.

ActivRX 175 mg

  • Caffeine Anhydrous: Numerous studies have shown that caffeine boosts energy levels and alertness, as well as mildly boosting the metabolism. The effects shown in studies are small, and some studies are inconclusive.
  • Yerba Mate Powder: There is diverse clinical evidence to support the use of this plant for weight loss, as it stimulates the central nervous system and increases the metabolic rate. It is also a source of caffeine, and so should increase energy levels. Read our full investigation for more information.

Thermolean Blend 303 mg

  • Green Tea Extract 30:1: Green tea is high in a group of antioxidants called catechins. Studies have suggested that catechins increase thermogenesis in the body, whilst caffeine increases energy expenditure by boosting the metabolism slightly for few hours.
  • Bioperine: This patented Black pepper extract is used for increasing the bioavailability of nutritional compounds. In other words, it increases the amount of nutrients that are absorbed into the body in the digestive tract. It may also increase the absorption of various drugs, which may lead to potential side effects.
  • Capsicum 10:1 extract: Capsaicin is found in Cayenne pepper (also known as capsicum annum) and is thought by some to play a role in weight loss. Some studies suggest it could suppress the appetite mildly, whilst others suggest that the heat causes a thermogenic reaction in the body, burning more calories for a period of time. However, there are also studies that show cayenne has little or no effect upon weight loss attempts.
  • Taraxacum Officinate Extract: more commonly known as Dandelion. This plant is primarily a diuretic and laxative.

QuadVit blend 9000ug 100% RDA

  • Vitamin B12: Vitamin B12 is naturally present in many foods, primarily meat, fish and dairy products. It has several roles, including aiding in releasing energy from consumed food, and keeping the nervous system healthy. It may be that a deficiency hinders weight loss, but taking excess amounts could be, according to the NHS, potentially harmful.
  • Vitamin B6: Vitamin B6 has several important functions in the body, including ‘allowing the body to use and store energy from protein and carbohydrates in food’. Whilst taking excess amounts of vitamin B6 will not infinitely improve this ability, a deficiency could make it more difficult to lose weight. Vitamin B6 is naturally present in a wide variety of foods, including meat, cereals, bread and vegetables, and is often included in fortified breakfast cereals.
  • Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic acid)
  • Vitamin B1 (Thiamine): The NHS states that thiamine is important for helping to break down and release energy from food. This may be relevant for maintaining a healthy metabolic rate, but in the majority of cases people can obtain all the thiamine they require from their daily diet.

Absolute Muscle Nutrition have posted a different ingredients list to the one posted on the official website. We believe that the list provided above is accurate, but consumers ordering from Absolute Muscle Nutrition should check the label on the product they receive, as the effectiveness and potential side effects of the two formulas may vary.

Ingredients per 2 Capsules:

Active RX 100mg +

Proprietary Blend 880mg

  • 1,3,7-Trimethylxanthine: This is just the chemical name for caffeine.
  • Bioperine® (Black pepper extract)
  • Capsicum Annum Fruit Extract
  • Phenylalanine: This is an amino acid, which is used for treating depression, amongst other things. However, the research to suggest that this will effectively treat depression is outdated, with calls for more testing using updated research methods.
  • Coleus Forskholli: A plant belonging to the mint family that is thought to boost the metabolism. However, the clinical trials performed using this ingredient have shown no weight loss, even when the participants’ lean muscle mass increased and fat mass decreased.
  • Taraxacum Officinate Extract

So What Does All This Mean?

Caffeine is known to boost the metabolism for a few hours after consumption, and may have a very mild effect upon the appetite, although this is short lived. The product contains both caffeine as a separate ingredient, as well as yerba mate and green tea, which both naturally contain some caffeine. Green tea also contains a variety of catechins. Some of these, especially EGCG have been linked with increased thermogenesis in the body. Thermogenesis is the creation of heat which burns calories in the process, and so could contribute to weight loss efforts.

Bioperine increases the absorption of some ingredients, including caffeine. This makes the product more potent with the same dose, but bioperine can interfere with the absorption of some medications, increasing the risk of accidental overdose.

More commonly known as dandelion, Taraxacum Officinate is a diuretic. This plays no role in aiding permanent long term fat loss, but it could help to create the impression of immediate weight loss, especially in combination with caffeine, another diuretic; the consumer loses water weight, and bloating is reduced, and so they feel that the product has immediately begun to aid weight loss. Being dehydrated can also make muscles appear more defined and tight. However, all of these effects are temporary.

B vitamins do help the body to run at optimum levels, but whilst a deficiency of these vitamins could potentially aid weight loss, consumers should be able to get adequate levels of each vitamin from a balanced diet. Supplementing additional vitamins does not appear to increase the consumer’s rate of weight loss.

Does T6 Fire Storm Have Any Side Effects?

Significant quantities of caffeine can cause side effects such as headaches, increased urination, dehydration, jitteriness, increased heart rate, increased blood pressure, heart palpitations and problems sleeping. Green tea, yerba mate and guarana are also sources of caffeine. Green tea can also cause constipation.

Bioperine increases the absorption of some medications and can therefore increase the chances of accidental overdose.

Dandelion is a diuretic, and so could increase urination, and could cause dehydration. Severe dehydration causes other, more serious and unpleasant side effects, and so consumers should ensure that they are drinking plenty of water throughout the day whilst taking this product.

Not intended for use by persons younger than 18 or by those with a serious medical condition. Not suitable for anyone who is taking any over the counter or prescription medications. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Please consult your physician before using this product. Not suitable for anyone who is sensitive to caffeine and other stimulant ingredients. Not suitable for anyone with high blood pressure, or any other cardiac-related health issues.

Any T6 Fire Storm Reviews From Customers?

Several customers have left their review of this product on amazon.

Absolutely useless I put on weight no use what so ever

not as good as it says

No buzz, no extra energy, still hungry!

So Does T6 Fire Storm Work?

The customer reviews suggest that this product is not very effective at all; customers report no weight loss, and no noticeable increase in energy levels.

Without knowing the exact quantities of the ingredients, it is difficult to establish just how strong this product really is. There are several sources of caffeine, which should increase energy levels, as well as provide a small boost to the metabolism. Green tea could also increase thermogenesis in the body, which could help to burn a small number of calories over long term use. The capsicum dose appears to be very small (if the ingredients are listed by their quantity, and assuming that there is around 5 mg of Bioperine, the typical amount used in diet pills); this would reduce the potency of this ingredient, but it could still contribute to a small increase in thermogenesis in the body.

Overall, we have seen other stronger and more effective diet pill formulas than the list used in T6 Fire Storm. It is also important to remember that there is a chance that the other formula we located is the actual ingredients list; this second ingredients list appears to be less effective, with several additional ingredients that are completely unrelated to weight loss or that have no clear clinical evidence to suggest that they are effective weight loss aids.

Where Can I Buy T6 Fire Storm?

T6 Fire Storm can be purchased direct from the official manufacturer’s website, as well as from several third party online retailers.

When purchased from manufacturer’s website a single bottle costs£26.99 plus delivery charges.

A single bottle costs £36.99 when purchased fromDeep Blue Fight Wear or fromDeep Blue Supplements; these two websites appear to be affiliated. Delivery charges may apply.

T6 Fire Storm costs £25.79 with free UK delivery when ordered from amazon’s UK website. Absolute Muscle Nutrition sell a single bottle for £25.99 plus delivery charges.

What About A Guarantee

There is no money-back guarantee offered by the manufacturer.

Returns policies from third party retailers may vary.

Watchdog Verdict

Overall, we are not hugely impressed by T6 Fire Storm. Various sellers of the product list a different ingredients list to the one provided on the official website, and it is unclear whether this information is just incorrect, or whether several different formulas of the product are on sale.

Diuretic ingredients feature on both ingredient lists, and one of the potential ingredients lists features ingredients that are not linked with aiding weight loss. It appears that the two ingredients with the most clinical support are green tea and caffeine; both of these are thought to have a small but significant effect upon calorie burn, but could not really be described as strong fat burning ingredients.

Customer reviews are universally negative, with customers stating that they felt no energy boost and lost no weight. One customer even gained weight whilst using the product, perhaps because they had overestimated the strength of the product, and did not make any positive changes to their diet while using the supplement.

There is no money-back guarantee to cover T6 Fire Storm, and the company deduct a restocking fee from all returns that they do accept.

Overall, we do not recommend T6 Fire Storm to our readers; this product is simply not strong enough to live up to the claims made by the manufacturers about its strength.
